Generally as described, floor mat was missing but instead of trying to replace they said wasn't their before, easy for them to replace for £20 given how much I spent on the car. I have bought a couple of cars before from Car Giant and I see no reason at all to not go back here and buy again.

Having purchased my BMW X1 from the Car Giant i cant complain about anything. Th car has been great and the sale went through smoothly. I recommend as you can see many others have on here too

Did have a few problems and really need to take it to a mechanic. Few things I didn't notice and they wouldn't help me. I wouldn't go to Car Giant again or advise anyone to go based on my experience.

Recent visit to the Car Giant in London. Immaculate car, no issues at all. They were assertive and attentive. Not their in your face jumping on you, none of that, very smooth buy. Ive still had no problems with my Mercedes C180 so a good sign they are selling quality cars. Could recommend high enough

Of course I would recommend Car Giant, I am very happy. I went to them to get a car and I buy a Citroen. I give them full marks for each question because with me they was very helpful and the car is what it advertised to be

Please take my advice and avoid them.They will sell you expensive AA and GAP policies and if you have any problem with your vehicle, neither Car Giant nor AA would listen to you or pay for your repairs. I had a really bad experience. I paid £799 for the AA policy and within six month my BMW 3 series broke down. Neither Car Giant nor AA listened to me and fixed my car. I had to pay hundreds of pounds from my own pocket for the repairs. They would not bother to respond to your complaints. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND AVOID THEM....
I found them to be sound and was happy with them. The car i got from here was a BMW 1 Series, nothing bad to report recommending them to anyone reading this and also to family and friends i spoke to
