Bought a car, left deposit, advised it would go through a 100 and something point check, At point of sale, at least 3 tyres were illegal, salesman agreed, advised they would be checked / changed, Travelled over 4 hours on the train to go back a week later to collect, after waiting over 2 hours to go through the collection process, told they were busy, but they work on a appointment basis, work that one out! had to then sit down go through all the paperwork / pay before they would show me the car, by the time we got outside it was dark, and guess what tyres were not changed..... went back told them I was unhappy and told to take it up on Monday morning, asked for a full refund to be told no.... they did not want to know, they had got their money, Contacted Customer services to be told, not their problem...... Whilst I accept the cars are a good price, service shocking and they do as little as possible to prepare the car. All i can say is at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.............

Service was OK,car as described.Salesman friendly but a bit pushy.Only thing that i really did not like was handling of tax disc.I was paying over 5900 £ and was forced to pay 24£ on top of that for remaining period of tax disc.I really doubt that when Car Giant was buying a car they had to pay extra 24£ or any other relevant amount.This really put me off and put a bad mark on otherwise good experience.If you want your customers to pay for tax disc,don't charge them extra,put a price up or offer them a new one and I think they will agree to it.

Had a vast array of cars in stock, prices were good, salesman a bit pushy as I already had finance in place and didn't want anything else overall a good experiance would recomend.

Definitely a very trusted dealer in my books due to their huge array of stock as well as a prestige badge along to go with it. After a couple weeks I still have a few things that need to be sorted regarding the car that I'm having to chase up that's fine. The car is amazing and in great shape. A true bargain.

Fantastic service Everyone was keen to help, and even went the extra mile when needed. Not a bad thing to say! Will definitely be going back for my next car!

Generally as described, floor mat was missing but instead of trying to replace they said wasn't their before, easy for them to replace for £20 given how much I spent on the car. I have bought a couple of cars before from Car Giant and I see no reason at all to not go back here and buy again.

Having purchased my BMW X1 from the Car Giant i cant complain about anything. Th car has been great and the sale went through smoothly. I recommend as you can see many others have on here too

Did have a few problems and really need to take it to a mechanic. Few things I didn't notice and they wouldn't help me. I wouldn't go to Car Giant again or advise anyone to go based on my experience.
