Worst customer service been pushed about between Cargiant and the finance company to get the refund back yet Cargiant sold us faulty vehicle with questionable vehicle inspection report. Have reported to Trading Standards as we Are still under the 30 days period by law under the consumer rights act 2015.
We came to CarGiant with our 8 month old baby and your staff were lovely, from the guys on the gates to the sales team, really helpful and friendly.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from CarGiant in July and could not recommend them less. Prior to paying for the car, I paid for CarGiant to undertake a full service to give me full confidence there were no problems with the car. I was therefore shocked when no less than three warning lights came on during my journey home from them, with the car jolting the entire way. I asked them to collect the car and was told they only collect cars which are not roadworthy. After a couple of weeks, they relented and collected the car. A few days later they phoned to let me know how my car's repair was progressing, despite me making it clear I wanted a refund, which I was entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act. When they said electrical and mechanical faults were not covered under this Act, I had to point out that neither 'electrical' nor 'mechanical' are words mentioned in the Consumer Rights Act. They will try anything not to give you a refund. After they knew I was going to enforce my legal right to a refund, I was asked to return the logbook and service book by post. Comically, they managed to lose this internally and refused to provide a refund until the postgirl returned from holiday, even though I had proof they had signed for my documents. Eventually, they found it and processed a refund, for £200! Now, over two months later being without a car, I have a full refund. At no point was there an apology or offer of compensation from CarGiant, the onus was always on me to push this through, via tens of emails and phone calls. Avoid at all costs.
