Overall Disappointed At The After Sales Back Up And I Question If Being A RAC Approved Seller Is Worth The Paper It Is Written On !! On Arrival At The Agreed Date And Time The Vehicle Was Boxed In And A Number Of Cars Had To Be Moved Out Of The Way. There Is An Issue With Binding Brakes On The Rear Which On The Latest MOT Was A Reason For It To FAIL, On Checking Back This Was Not The First Time The Vehicle Had Failed For This Reason. I Was Told That They Would Find Out What Work Had Been Done To Resolve The Issue, I Am Now Told That There Is No Record Of What Has Been Done, Leading Me To Believe It Is And Has Only Had A QUICK Fix To Get It Through The MOT. My Overall Opinion Is That Once The Sale Is Made They Could Not Care Less And They Make Promises That They Do Not Keep. I Have Now Contacted The RAC (This Is An Approved Garage) Regarding This And Requesting Their Help. I Will See If Being RAC Approved Is Worth The Paper It Is Written On, I Will Update Any Reviews I Make Once And If The Situation Changes. Still No Progress With This As Of 11th April 2021, The Vehicle Was Purchased Early December Last Year. I understand now that they are NOT approved by the RAC at all !!!!!! A complete CON !!!!

Never again, car mart take your money quick enough car broke down after 3 days not helpful asked for my money back no chance .dont buy from these.
I wasnt best pleased at Car Mart where I got my Mazda from, There was nothing wrong with the car as such but the service was pretty terrible. Nothing to stop me from buying the car but enough to put me of a bit! Wouldn't return!

NOTE: These guys call themselves Car Junction now. Bought a Kia Sorento from here in June and the glass from the wing mirror fell off on the motorway when driving the car home. I contacted Car Junction immediately and the chap said he'd order a replacement and have it sent to me. Despite contacting them several times since, and being told each time that the part is on its way, I still haven't received it. It's been 3 months now. I've had to pay for the mirror out of my own pocket to be able to drive the car. Stay clear of these guys unless you want to end up in small claims court, where unfortunately I'm going to have to take my grievance to.

Bought a car which appeared fine during short test drive, all documents seemed in order. paid £5000 which seemed reasonable for age/mileage and condition. Car broke down less than 100 miles after collection - major gearbox failure. Dealer denied all responsibility & blamed breakdown on poor driving. Dealer would not collect or repair the car or respond to calls or emails. I offered him a fair solution - split costs and gave him 3 weeks to consider or get prosecuted under CRA2015. Declined my offer so got himself prosecuted in full plus costs via CCJ. Very rude, arrogant, aggresive man but most importantly totally in the wrong & does not understand in the slightest his responsibilities as dealer but unfortunatley I do !!. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER.

No security whatsoever buying from Car Mart. If you want to go there, put in some ear plugs and just inspect the car yourself and then make a decision. Do not expect anything honest from them. I bought a car which transpired to have severe oil leak(granted I did not do my due diligence), but I really expected buying from a dealer should be a good thing right? Wrong, Spent about £900 in the first instance to fix the issues of the car. This is more than half of the price of the car. Which was overpriced. The unique selling point of their pitch was low mileage and peace of mind. I had no peace of mind with the car I bought. Honestly, if you do want to buy, go in like you are buying privately. What you see is what you get kind of approach, and do your diligence. Expect no disclosure from CarMart. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Bought car in January from the Car Mart and it had numerous problems. Starter motor taped together, radiator full of holes. Locks don't work and seatbelt missing also 4 illegal tyres. Tried to contact garage for refund on extensive works but they refused to compensate. £1000 1 month in spent and still spending. Also so dirty-even found used plasters in the door. Stay well away from this dealership. Wouldn't even give 1 star.
For those of you who have experienced the worst possible issues with cars purchased by Car Mart, pls get in touch for legal action against them. Email mrincerti at gmail.com. due to mis selling cars without proper checks being done. I am a victim of a car purchased just over 10 days ago and being on the M1 motorway on Friday night rush hour & experiencing a major engine failure with immediate loss of power. I can only say this, thank God we were not in a accident! Despite calling out the RAC and diagnosing engine failure, I immediately called carmart & advised them that the RAC needed an address to tow the car back to as it was still under warranty with them. The first guy I spoke to, Mr Muhammad Foruq the director of the company living at LU4 Luton, stated he would call me back. Despite being broken down in the freezing cold with family and friends and in desperation, this guy didn't bother calling back so then we towed it back home. Pending further legal action against Car Mart.
Deon meikle in response to 10 days - major engine failure
Hello, I have read your review due to my Father having an issue with this company Car Juntion. We have handed the car back within a week of having it as the fuel pump was leaking diesel on startup which was extremely dangerous. They are not accepting any responsibility for this and we are having to take matters further. Any advice you could give us would be really appreciated. I am in the process of writing them a letter as we have been in contact with trading standards. I was actually on the internet to find out who the boos/director was to address them and that how I came across your review. Thanks for your time Deon
Bought a car in good faith bought a warranty never received warranty within few weeks car cut out in the middle of a busy junction nearly caused a crash with my family in the car contacted carmart just messing me around will be reported to trading standards and other appropriate authorities absolutely horrendous selling a faulty car to a family.
I was looking for a cheap car to get around the city. Was looking for a car with cheap tax, insurance and fuel. Citroen Xsara caught my eye online and I visited this firm and looked at Citroen Xsara 2003, it was cleaned and as described on their website. I thought it was perfect match for what I was looking for.. I would do some delivery and it would be perfect for the task. I test drove the car, the engine was sound. The guy gave good price on it and buying it was quite simple, just a bit of paper work which they took care of. Drove home with the car, no problems. Happy with my purchase. I'll be back in future to buy again from Car Mart.
