Rupert and his family team must be highly commended for their knowledge and expertise coupled with a relaxed and friendly approach to buying and selling great vehicles. They went to great lengths to ensure that all my needs were met in terms of the choice of vehicle and they made certain that all the paperwork was to hand in order that it could be completed quickly and simply. As a female buyer I have always found it difficult to buy a second hand vehicle as it is such a male dominated world. Autumn (a qualified female mechanic) who sold me the car could not have been more helpful. She turned what had previously been a high stress situation into a pleasurable one. Kirsty offered support and advice. I eventually (after talking through many options with everyone) settled for a very low mileage Ford Focus which initially had not been my first consideration however, Autumn pointed out the benefits and I walked out with a car that perfectly fitted my needs and budget. Rupert helped with finance plan and car insurance. I am extremely grateful for all of their help and support.

Found a fiat at Car Matched that I had been looking for. Rupert was excellent in making sure everything was done to make my offer to buy worthwhile. Drove down from John o groats in Scotland to purchase a car from Car Matched. Because of the distance there were many phone conversations and emails. Rupert and his team were extremely helpful and listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions The car we purchased is lovely and better than Rupert described We had it fully serviced beforehand at a small charge and the car drove back upto Scotland no problems. Ruperts team even helped me with the toll charges when I was there to make the whole transaction smooth. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone. A good old fashioned business. Well done.
