Hi purchased a Nissan Primera TS from Car matched in Sept 2014 for £3000. It was in good condition having 65000 miles on the clock. I have completed just over 45000 miles in the car which is very nice to drive and has proved really reliable. My only non service costs was to replace a rear wheel bearing after 40000 miles. At the time of purchase I found the garage to be very helpful and non pressurised. I would definitely recommend Car Matched and when the time comes to replace the Primera (Hopefully not in the near future) I will certainly be checking what they have to offer.

My son-in-law purchased a Vauxhall Astra from this dealer. NOT advertised as spares and repairs, not told it was spares and repairs, but yet slipped it onto invoice with a stamp. He shuns his responsibilities when things go wrong, and they did, within a matter of weeks. Shirked his responsibilities under the right to reject. He is now being taken to court over this. Oh and the 'nice' reviews he has could possibly be from friends/family members who he pleaded with on his Facebook page to leave a review here (we have screenshots/proof). He says he is Trading Standards registered and we have asked numerous times for proof and he ignored this request. If you do happen to buy a car from Car Matched.com Ltd be very careful and check your invoice for his dodgy little stamp.

Don't trust a word in this review its not genuine. The Stamp is huge & is bang slap in the centre of the invoice, you just cant miss it. The customer signed right above the stamp to confirm they totally understood it, of which we have proof. The customer wanted the car really cheap, found faults with the car, knocked us down in price and said wanted to fix it himself. Shock horror one month later, apparently the car develops another fault and this guy starts kicking off and making personal threats. We give the customer the opportunity to bring the car back for an inspection on the following basis - 1/ If its our fault we fix it F.O.C. 2/ If its F.W&T we will go halves. 3/ If its customer miss-use or abuse obviously we would not be paying. That's quite fair isn't it you might think? However, this is really strange but For some reason the customer did not want to take us up on our offer to work together and fix the car & we have no idea why or what the fault is because the customer wont tell us. However on checking out this guys profile we found that his whole life revolves around putting people down and trying to make other peoples lives a misery, its full of whinging and moaning, its quite sad really. All I can say is that we offered to help this guy but some reason he didn't want it. Maybe there's something we are not being told about the car, who knows?
I bought my renault megane dynamique from rupert at car matched 3 months ago and found them to be very friendly ,helpful and honest. I would recommend them as a place to buy a vehicle

Purchased a family car and I was not an easy customer for these people but they let me test drive several different cars over 3 appointments and had a lot of patience for all my questions. The service is good and my car- a Nissan micra 4 door is running well. There are no issues but I have been assured that I can go see them with any problems. These people care and you don’t see that enough these days. We will return when my husband needs a new car. Thanks Rupert and Kirsty.

Never trust this guy. My cars clutch failed after 3 days then fuel pump,,,car scrapped after 2 weeks, we should all club together for court action.

Strange review this one, we have no record of the sale and the customer did not speak to us or made us aware of these issues which you would think they would? Maybe this is not a genuine review?
Brought a citreon c4 grand Picasso from this so called family business and the car cost 4 grand and and lasted all of 4 months and doing about a thousand miles only and Is now sitting in a garage with a naff gearbox and a seized engine also I'm now in debt to the garage that's stripped my gearbox down. any way would I recommend car dealer not even to my worse enemy, avoid at all cost. And by the way when I phoned up and complained I was told that it was sold for spares and parts'WHAT FOR 4 GRAND YA HAVING A LAUGH.must take further action.

We work really hard to make make sure that the cars we buy are good quality and that our customers are happy. Our complaint rate is less than 1% which is pretty good.

This customer got a part refund, as some of the damage caused was down to lack of following service schedule. He was fine to us after he got his refund, so not why the horrible review?
Friendly service at Car Matched that you'd expect from any small time car dealer. The car I purchased appeared to be what Rupert said it was but after a few miles I started to notice MAJOR issues. Here's the list: The car had clearly had a massive offside crash. - Inside alloy buckled - wheel alignment totally out beyond a joke - front tyre nearly shredded - steering wheel shaking at speed - no coolant in the engine - lpg conversion faulty - engine pick up stutter - door rubber knackered - engine plugs shot the list goes on A service wasn't carried out as Rupert pointed out. I like others took his word. Getting under a bonnet is not the sort of thing Im able to do and to a degree I had to reply on honesty - I didn't get honesty Rupert. I got sold a responsible car and ended up with a £1000 plus when all was address.

I bought a golf at a agreed value from Car Matched. The same day lights came on the dash board. The next day a major oil leak from the camshaft seal. Was told it was sold as spares and repairs although the signed document didn't say that . The car cost me a fortune to sort out and Rupert was busy crying about how much the car had cost him as a trader before selling the not suitable for purpose vehicle. he was only lucky that I couldn't be bothered to take him to court etc. My lesson was expensive !!
I purchased a Ford Focus from here back in August. Up to now I have had no major issues and the car was clean and in good condition when I received it. The car was a good price and the dealers were quite helpful. I would recommend this dealership

I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from here in August. The car was relatively good value for money but it did have some issues which the warranty company haven't been very helpful with. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience and their warranty company.

We use RAC warranty, but they don't cover wear & tear items such as tyres, exhausts, so we can only assume that something may have worn out.
