I wrote a complaint below with a poor rating and I would like to take it back as the person I spoke to was not the right guy I needed to talk to. after I posted my complaint I spoke to the salesman I bought my car from about my issues and he is sorting everything for me he is bending over backwards to ensure I am satisfied with car motion and I am really satisfied that he will ensure that my car will be sorted or replaced I now have 100% confidence that I will be happy with the outcome and I would like to apologise to car motion for the bad review

Just bought my 3rd car in a row from the best dealership around. From start to finish in no time at all and nothing seems too much trouble. All the salesmen are great and will point you in the right direction without the usual sales tactics. Steve King had all my docs ready to go on collection. In and out in under 30 minutes. So if its a quality used car then I say give Car Motion a try. And don't forget to say "Hi" to dave the cat, she can usually be found curled up on a chair somewhere!!!!

Do not waste your time with this company, had my car less than 3 months and has already cost me £960 to repair as it broke only 2 days after the one months warranty ran out, and has now broken down again and going back to my mechanic so probably looking at a lot more money to repair again! Only done 2000 miles since I picked it up! Absolutely ridiculous and nobody at the company cares.
