I really like this dealership because for lack of a better way to put it - you know they're not up to anything! They are open and honest and pass on the best prices to their customers. I have had my last four cars from Car Motion and I think that in itself says a lot! They have never put a toe wrong to make me doubt their capability or standards. The cars I have bought are always spot on. The guys down here are kind and helpful. There has never been any pressure or hard sales from them. Can't see me ever going to another dealer. What an excellent example of a car dealership Car Motion is! I dealt with a lovely chap called Paul, as a salesman he is just what you want! Not pushy, very helpful and accommodating and he got things done. I was able to browse at my own pace when I was down there and had my eyes set on a lovely Qashqai which I went a head and purchased. I have no complaints, the car is brilliant. they only way you could improve my experience is if they knocked a bit of mine off 😜 but you can't win them all.

I am very happy with Car Motion, they offered me a friendly and professional service when I bought my Auris. Speaking of the Auris it has been doing brilliantly well since the purchase and is exactly as described, there have been no unwanted surprises.

I needed to downgrade my car as the running cost was getting ridiculous, I wanted something smaller to get me to and from work. My expectations were well and truly met at Car Motion the customer service is out of this world, brilliant infact. There was this one guy that really went above and beyond for me his name was Mike Shooter and he was so attentive, he listened to me and made sure every question I asked was answered. He was so helpful from the get go, I had follow up calls of him and he chased everything properly and made sure everything was done for me, what a brilliant member of staff to have working for your dealership! I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone I come across looking for a car.

After driving a fair few miles I arrived at Car Motion to take a look at the Mercedes I was interested in. I was greeted with the highest level of customer service. The guys were helpful and friendly and very kind. The customer service at this place was perfect I cant fault at all. I test drove the car and that was brilliant.
