Avoid at all costs I brought a car and a week later the whole exhaust fell off they said not their problem so I went in person to find myself surrounded by 6 men and told if I don't leave I will regret it..I sought legal advice but they fixed the invoice there end that said it was sold faulty but it doesn't say that on my invoice...you have been warned.

Dont part with your hard earned cash with the Car Outlet, they are liars and very unproffesional. They will try add in hidden charges and make up some lie to get you to pay it. Do your self a favour and walk away no matter how good of a deal it may seem.

Would never buy from these again . My daughter bought her first car from them January 1st she asked what the problems if any and they said none . She paid them online never signed anything they delivered the car and there was an after sales receipt saying the car was faulty. She didn't drive it for 2 weeks as she had to find insurance being a young driver. I drove the car and noticed numerous faults so we booked it into a garage near us for the following week . My daughter went out in the car and the cam belt snapped rendering the car undriveable. She rang the customer services and was told it's not their problem as she was sold a faulty car. I am currently awaiting an answer from them as I have sought legal advice .

Asked me to send pictures of my car to give me a value for part exchanging, ignored my photos all day even though I said I wanted to view the car that day, my partner called them and they told him the car had sold an hour before, I called them from a withheld number and they said the car had sold in the morning, complete liars DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
They asked for lot of money for cars that breakdown after you bought them. They offer warranty and then they do not send your details to the cover so you need to pay extra to fix your car. They never reply to call, horrible service
