Bought a car from these, arrived with a massive oil leak. Tyres were bald, and engine management light on. No correspondence after sale. Steer clear.

I PUT A DEPOSIT FOR A NISSAN MICRA CONVERTIBLE BEING SOLD AT CAR PLACE BIRMINGHAM. IT LOOKED LIKE A PRETTY CAR FOR THE SUMMER. I SPOKE WITH THE SO CALLED "ADAM" WHO ASSURED ME THE CAR WAS TOTALLY FINE EXCEPT FOR A SMALL DENT. I SPENT A LOT OF TIME GETTING QUOTES FROM PANEL BEATERS TO MAKE SURE I COULD AFFORD TO FIX THE DENT. I CAME TO AN AGREEMENT WITH "ADAM" AND SENT HIM £200 VIA BANK TRANSFER.FOR A DEPOSIT.... ON SATURDAY HIS DRIVER (POOR CHAP) DROVE OVER 200 MILES TO DELIVER THE CAR. WELL.......MY HUSBAND TOOK A LOOK AND IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT THE CAR IS SH..T !!! WE SPENT A WHOLE AFTERNOON "FIGHTING" TO GET OUR DEPOSIT BACK WHICH "ADAM" CONTINUOUSLY REFUSED UNTIL WE THREATENED TO KEEP THE CAR AND THE DRIVER IN OUR HOUSE !! I DROVE THE CAR AROUND OUR VILLAGE AND 2 WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON !!!! I WAS FURIOUS !! AFTER MUCH "FIGHTING" AND UNFORTUNATELY THREATENING FROM MY HUSBAND "ADAM" RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT. MY HUSBAND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT..HE SAID THE CAR WAS "DEAD". WE FOUND OUT THAT THE CAR BROKE DOWN 3 TIMES ON THE WAY BACK TO BIRMINGHAM !!!!!! WE WERE SO WORRIED FOR THE DRIVER THAT WE GAVE HIM HIM A BOTTLE OF WATER & £20 JUST IN CASE!!!. HE GOT BACK BY A MIRACLE. I WAS SO VERY UPSET AS I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THE CAR AND I FELT VERY LET DOWN & DISAPPOINTED. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BAST....D !! I SHALL NEVER EVER TRUST THE WORD OF A CAR SALESMAN EVER AGAIN. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND WHAT A HORRIBLE PIECE OF SCUM !!!! WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE BUT NOT STUPID AND THANK GOODNESS MY HUSBAND KNOWS ABOUT CARS. IT TOOK HIM 10 SECONDS TO IDENTIFY THAT THIS LOVELY LOOKING LITTLE NISSAN WAS A PILE OF CRAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid a £500 deposit on Audi TT, never delivered it, never replied to texts or phone calls, never paid back the deposit, thieves....stay away !!!!!

Bought a shogun and 2 weeks t later the timing chain started to give up. They assured me they would cover some of the costs, a poxy £200! And as of yet they still haven't paid it. Reported to trading standards with a huge list of faults that the shogun has. Avid at all costs. They agree to pay then you won't here from them again.

Sold us a broken car that stopped working an hour after we left, mechanic said they'd been fiddling with the parts as they looked old but had new shiny bolts?? The company now won't return our calls or texts!!

rude and no customer care paid for a car to be delivered to another town, one week later i still don't have the car. stay away from them, these so-called sales people just steal customers money.

The car I bought was falling to pieces, bumper held on by would screws, black smoke out the exhaust, the passenger door didn't shut properly. The turbo pipe fell off whilst doing 70mph on the motorway and had to ring the AA And when I rang to ask for my money basically told me to leave and I'm not getting my money back for the car. And now reported them to trading standards.eky. Stay away from these sad cow dealers.please do not buy from these people the cars are dangerous and not fit for the road.
