Worst experience ever save your time and money avoid this place
Me and my wife bought A Q5 from Jamie from car plug and was the man In charge he offered to paint the wheels black and put new black badges all around he did the wheels but nothing else also number plate come off when he delivered it and he told me he would send me a new plate. Three days later still no plate rang him text him.nothing he red the texts .also there was some paint work needed doing in places .he told me it was done they delivered at night so could not see the paint job next day I looked at it and they had painted it with cans and didn't matched the colour that was on the car it will cost me £700 to put it right if you get a car from carplug do not hand over your money till you see the car finished.

Where do I start, well what an amazing man Adam is, I had my car wrote off none fault of mine and seen Car Plug selling a Mercedes C class so I went to view the car and loved it. I had a problem with my insurance as they had not paid me out yet so Adam allowed me to pay a deposit to secure the car. He also offered me a refund if all went wrong with insurance. Thanks so much such a lovely man. Will definitely recommend!
