First time purchasing a car with Car plug mcr, Adam the Sales Executive was fantastic, professional and courteous yet very approachable and friendly and put my mind at ease straight away. She was happy to communicate via phone calls or emails at any time at all if I had any questions and even got back to me on her day off letting me know she would look into my query as soon as she was back in the office. This is by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car and wouldn't hesitate to buy my next car from them. Thank you Adam for making what can be a drawn out and tedious experience a quick and happy one!

After being let down my some main dealers, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a great independent trader. Adam was very professional but also very friendly and helpful. I had all the time I needed without being pestered for a sale, and Adam answered all my questions. Great experience and fantastic after sales.

We bought a car from them in November and at the start they were very good, responded quickly and talked a good talk told us the car had full service history and all documents present. After delivery things quickly went down hill, the car was delivered with no documents at all not even a handbook. The driver told us to contact Adam who would forward the documents and service book along with our welcome pack to us (which we are still waiting for). We bought the car online after seeing a video (which now doesn’t exist). The car was delivered and straight away we noticed a few issues, the passenger door didn’t sit right and there were scratches on the bumpers, the delivery guy told us to call Adam who would happily sort these issues out for us. Upon further inspection of the vehicle we also found the rear seats to be faulty. We spent hours and hours on the phone to Adam who then told us the car did not have full service history at all but would compromise with us with regards to the passenger door and rear seats and gave us a very small refund. We then spent hours being told that the warranty they offered us would cover any issues but after contacting the warranty company direct they confirmed that without full service history the warranty would be void, Adam said this did not matter as they underwrite the warranty themselves, again we confirmed with the warranty company this was not possible. After 12 days of owning the car whilst my mrs was doing the school run with the kids in the car the front passenger spring collapsed so we had to phone for recovery. Again we contacted Adam as upon purchasing the vehicle he assured us that it had had a full overhaul and inspection before being sold, nothing was then done about this. Overall our experience with car plug mcr and Adam in particular was really not a good one.
