My wife bought a used Chrysler Yipsilon from Car Point in Luton. Included in the sale was a service. The first thing she noticed that was wrong with the car was the fact that the stereo Bluetooth was unusable and that the stereo turned itself off when the heater fan was turned on. The second thing that happened was that the change oil light came on (the car was meant to have had a service, including an oil change) and the oil was a dark brown rather than a light brown (which I would expect it to be after an oil change) We took it back for both issues, they turned off the service light (which should have happened IF it had actually had a service). They refused to look at the issue with the Bluetooth and stereo because as they put it 'We couldn't prove that they sold it to us not working' In short do NOT buy a car from these con merchants, go anywhere but not to these lot.

Purchased a vehicle that has cost me over a 1000 pounds to put right. No customer service whatsoever. Have tried to contact but never get a reply. Would not use again and definitely not recommend.

Full FSH advertised ....just 1 stamp in book - 3 yrs ago!! Promised to send rest ....never materialised. No replies to messages. MOT advisories and dents and scratches not mentioned in ad. Drove a long way to view this car and had called beforehand to ask for any points i shd know. Not a great experience.
