Had a test drive booked with cars of Fareham. Finance company contacted them to sort px of my car. I then contacted them to reserve car and book test drive. Turned up on day after driving 46 miles to get there, to be told they sold it the day before. Chris ( the boss) said he had no knowledge of the test drive, or the finance company contacting him, although they actually spoke to him. I believe he had a customer turn up with cash, no trade in so decide to sell it to them. Wouldn’t trust this. Company at all, only out for what they can get. Customer service is non existent.

I am currently taking them to court over the transfer of my personal plate from 1 car to another. 3 months down the line it's still not done .

I brought a car from Car Sales Fareham recently and Im so happy with it and the deal I received. Helpful service and sales people who couldnt do enough for me. No pressure to buy and a well maintained car. Dead chuffed with it

car sales solution or css1 are w awful Avoid this company and please please do not buy any cars from them .The car we brought we realised hen driving home from the garage that the turbo had gone and wasn't working. My Husband contacted nik who told us to put it into the garage of our choice and they would pay for it to be fixed ! this we did and then when we got a quote for parts and labour to repair the car it came in at £1000 pound to which nik then informed us that it would have to come under the warranty. We contacted the warranty company who gave us the run around and took over a week to decide whether the work was covered or not. The car wasn't covered under the warranty and they told us it was down to the car sales. The car sales said they would pay for the turbo and sent one to the garage that was holding our car and it was not the correct turbo.! the warranty company said that they would pay for any labour and when told them that labour would be around £500 they then said that they would only be willing to pay £120 of it. When we now contact nik he is putting the phone down on us and has also blocked our number and also we have not received our log book., Our car has now been in the garage for a month because it has taken so long with nik and the warranty place taking their time and giving us the run-around. we have had to hire a car on top of this so that my husband can get to work. Shoddy garage and disgusting people that work there makes me angry that they think that they can just rip people off and get away with it. Unfortunately I did not find this review sire until after we brought the car because believe me I would not have gone anywhere near these assholes. Any stars given are so that I can leave a review and they should be minus .

Bought car with my son from Car Sales Fareham. Diesel and compression leaks allegedly repaired then massive oil leaks. Appalling service, car rejected as not fit for purpose, no refund provided and they refuse to give car back. If you want to lose your money and be treated appallingly, then just deal with this outfit. They now have the car and the money and have shown a total couldn't care less attitude. Reported to Trading Standards and Police.

Brought a car hear beginning of April, dropped the car back to Car Sales Fareham 3 days later after I purchased it with a long list of defects, 4 months later still no car or my money back. Has anyone had any luck getting there money back through the courts?

As dodgy as ever. I'd given negative stars if I could. I'm stuck with a car that's unfit for purpose after they went bankrupt and opened again in yet another similar name! They have been Car Sales Hampshire when I bought from them in 2017, Now they are trading as Car Sales Solutions.

Also reported Car Sales Fareham to trading standards problem after problem. Nik not helpful at all in fact rude . Had my car checked over and at least it's roadworthy compared to some of ur stories. Then found out they were already being looked into. As a first time car buyer I defo picked the wrong place

Purchased my car from Car Sales Fareham. Very poor after sales service. Took my car in for a small job and an employee ended up causing damage to my newly purchased car. Very hard to get hold of now to follow up with any sort of after sales service.
