I've never bought car from them but I let them fixed two of my cars in the past and never had problems. The thing I like about them is they don't " create" issues for car. They simply fixing whatever it needs to be fixed. I was happy with the service and cost.

Bought a car from this dealer, who sold me a warranty that does not cover the area I specifically wanted protection from. Manager now actively avoids my calls despite promises of resolving and talking to the warranty company. Avoid Car Sales Fareham if you want an easy life.

Car Sales Fareham will sell you a car with a "warranty" and if they do a repair it won't last, but more likely he won't honor the warranty and instead be very aggressive rude and hang up on customers. Purchased a car not even taken it away and it needed a new clutch which he tried to make me pay £350 for. On the way home the battery light came on, next day the car broke down due to alternator. Then the shocks needed a replacement as confirmed by independent garage, yet they wouldn't replace. The car I purchased from Car Sales Fareham has now cost me £250 on top of 4 new tyres at £250 and a full service at £150. So I have spent £650 on a car I have owned 3 weeks. Plus spent 3 hours cleaning the car as it wasn't valeted as promised. Wish I had never ever bought a car from this company, especially after reading on the Internet about Paul Taylor and how car sales Fareham is the 3rd company name due to Paul having so many complaints, police visits and small claims appearances as well as a you tube video which is a true reflection on how dishonest established he and he company are. Stay clear of this company if you want a decent car and not go through everything that I have been through.
