These people have worked under many different company names, I bought from Car Sales Hampshire, they liquidated the company and opened a new company under a new name. Currently is Car Sales Solutions. I bought a car with MOT and 6 months warranty. Only to notice afterwards the tyres had illegal repairs (puncture repairs that are not road worthy) and completely worn break disks. Paid extra cash to get clutch and flywheel done in their workshop, which took over 2 weeks. 3 months later, the car broke down on the motorway due to clutch failure. The failure was catastrophic and I could have crashed on the motorway. I went to their site the next day, only to find out they liquidated Car Sales Hampshire and opening a new company called Car Sales Solutions. Was told that it was ‘not their responsibility’. Called the warranty company and found that the car was not registered at all. I have been dealing with Nik and Simon both of them are completely useless, act as if everything is ok and don’t take responsibility whatsoever. I did not know at the time and had many red lights before purchasing but was reassured everything was ok. These people sell cars with false MOTs and bodge things up in their workshop. I will be taking this further in legal terms, I have lost a lot of money due to their ignorance and lies, but please stay away!!!!

Awful dealer. Car has been back for "repairs" more times than I can remember. Only had it 2 months - over 1 of that they have had the car repairing it with a long time of 26 days to repair/replace an engine. Apparently a new engine but no paperwork provided to prove it or in fact any paperwork of any work done since we got the car! Still broken now and have been told if I want a refund I will see him in court. Very rude and arrogant playing with peoples lives and safety on the road but doesn't care at all! The courtesy car given to me was a deathtrap that doesn't lock.
