I bought a car from car spot UK in November 2014 and have been fighting for a year to get my money back after being told by another mechanic that it has numerous oil leaks and the engine could blow, both front droplinks snapped and was told it was due to wear and tear by car spot after having the car 5 weeks! Told by my mechanic that they had corroded and not snapped by wear and tear by me, car is unfit to drive and not fit for purpos and has numerous faults, haven't driven the car since February 2015 it's just sat on a family members drive...., just as I got a warrant for car spot they changed names and I'm now finding it hard to get my money, I am over £1000 down and as a single mother of 2 that is alot of money! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE
The car sold to me by Car Spot has many dangerous faults. It cut out twice altogether whilst driving. The company seems to have changed names to Cardeals4u when I called back. This is deeply upsetting, and is not only a waste of money but a serious danger to the public.

I bought an a3 off them and whilst driving home went into limp mode so i took it back they sorted the problem (botched) week later same problem and plus dual mass flywheel and clutch went so took it back they charged me £600 for apparently changing the clutch and dmf but hadnt and then i try to get in contact with them and now they have dissappeard and left with a knackered car whilst still paying for the bank loan i took out for the car. They are bad people and dont care about you or your safety!! Seen many bad reviews about them selling dodgy cars and when being contacted becoming aggressive. STAY AWAY

Our company has taken over the showroom on the 01/11/2015 moving from Trafford park showroom. If I could give a 0 out of 5 for this garage then I would. The car I bought from Car Spot UK a year ago was faulty, none of the work they promised to do was done and a year on the car has had to be scrapped. They have told me that none of this is their fault and they refused to fix the problem. The garage who MOT'd the car this year (and failed it with over £1000 worth of work needed) said that it's likely the MOT was not done to the standard required if at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE!!!!!!

Stay well away from this company. I bought a car off them in November and there was rattling heater broke in a month and have had to take it to 1 of my own garages to get it all fixed it still has problems like brake pads and cv joints. I'm well out of pocket due to these coz wouldn't fix them as it was sold not road worthy people like this company should not be allowed to sell anything and all the paperwork I have filled in and finding out that I'm not a registered keeper for the car nearly 6 months later is just how bad this company is I have been well ripped off make sure you stay well away as I'm still paying for the loan of my car and the things that need fixing.
Do not buy from this car seller. Do you remember the excitement of having your first car. Many of us will. Having got a part time job around college to save for it. Having your heart set on a certain type of car and having viewed many before you think you have found the right one. Its description, condition, recent history and verbal word of a 3 month warranty all false it turns out by this seller. The journey home to reveal a mountain of problems and made us get a full car inspection from our trusted garage. The car is anything but a good buy. I am so disgusted by there standards and customer after care. I hope this review of Car Spot UK makes you think twice of buying a car from them. Walk away is my advice.
My friends son was really looking forwards to owning his very first car, as you can imagine but due to misleading sale and no fault of his own he now as no working engine in the purchased car. Would not recommend Car Spot UK to anyone. Garage have offered refund but not to cover his exchange trip. This I feel is a real shame.
Should've checked this out before buying, this company have no intentions of adhering to trading standards, they claim to offer warranties, service the cars but you soon find out the standard is appalling. Has anyone actually got problems fix through their 3 month warranty? After reading these reviews its no wonder customers have to take legal action when they sell cars with known faults and try to hide issues. Stay well clear of Car Spot UK. Great friendly customer service, too much coffee was the only problem for the trip home to Bournemouth in our new mpv. Thanks again to Car Spot UK.
I have given a deposit for a car and had to change my plans and as a result I let CAR SPOT KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS. However despite this no deposit returned to me. I suppose this is better than buying a car from them.
I bought a car from here and after a week of owning the car the gearbox went so I went to the garage to complain the guy got very aggressive refused to fix it and got a few of his workers to Excort me out who then threatened me i would never normally write on things like this but i wouldn't want this to happen to anyone eles so you been warned stay clear
