Bought a ford focus on the 10th March Radio not working would send an e mail with code or telephone me with code .Still waiting. Stay away from them.Phone back still no code

I have already recommended Carspot to my friends and would be more than happy to do so again. In terms of the whole buying experience it was quick and easy, the car was in great condition and the service was superb.

This company is a total rip off. A friend of mine bought a car there not 3 months ago. Supposed to come with full warranty. On the way home the turbo blew. So they had to keep it another week. Also had to have breaks, disc put on new which was not covered and recently some other problem with the car which was also not covered. Which has just cost him upwards of 500 pounds. Also the staff are very rude and aggresive.

STAY AWAY from CAR SPOT they are totally UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! I bought a car off them yesterday and called to pick the car up today 24th january as the car was having a SO CALLED SERVICE & MOT?????? The man I dealt with hesitantly told me the car had had an mot and nothing had come up on it and VERY hesitantly told me that it had had a service yet there was no stamp in the book...he stamped the book himself even though he had said the car had been "serviced" elsewhere!!!!!! I drove the car to the petrol station and put £30 of diesel in for the drive home on the MOTORWAY with my 11mth old child, no sooner had i left the petrol station not 100 yards from CAR SPOT the dash flashed up STEERING FAILURE, BREAK FAILURE STOP. I took it back to the garage only for salesman to say the car was fine and it was NOTHING. He was RUDE & AGGRESSIVE and very threatening. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL BE REPORTING HIM how can he put peoples lives at RISK!!! STAY WELL AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
