The worst service ever experienced ! My car has been in this garage for nearly 2 months and i only purchased it 9 months ago with a premium guarantee to cover me against never been without a vehicle having to car for my mother i need a vehicle all the time. Ashley is the most un proffesional person to deal with he never returns calls he is either in a meeting /at lunch or with a customer . Never ever use this garage if you want good customer service or your car repairing/servicing
Bought a car on finance which was faulty, had nothing but problems and turns out to be a £3700 repair and won’t help me at all. Now avoiding calls and emails. Terrible company

Absolutely terrible in every way possible. Bought a car a few months ago from them, took 5 hours on the day to go through everything, as they claimed they were “busy” with multiple staff sitting at tables chatting together. On the day of collection we realised the car had multiple issues they had not told us about, and we took it back to get it looked at. 2 MONTHS, and a whole heap of more mechanical issues later, the car has been sent to the manufcaturers garage as per CarStores approval. It has now been sat there for 3 weeks awaiting approval on work by CarStore. Customer service is non-existant, no calls back at all, and nothing being done to communicate with the garage, all of that has been done by myself communicating between the 2. AVOID.
Turned up to what we hoped to be driving away a car. My partner had put down tje deposit and had asked if she had liked the car, could she drive it away on Saturday (cash payment), she was told there would be no issue in doing so. We turned up Saturday to what was a dirty car inside and out (also smelled of vomit in the back) and we were told the battery had gone flat on tje forecourt and been replaced but there was a warning light on the dash. However we were told it was "perfectly safe to drive". We test drove it and she liked the car but the warning wouldn't go away or reset. We were really annoyed as this had been a known issue before we travelled for 2 hours to get there and nobody had contacted us. The saleswoman and the manager were unapologetic about it and gave us "well, some people don't turn up". My partner did really want the car as it was the exact spec and colour she was looking for, so we agreed that it would be looked at forst thing on Monday and it could be delivered up to us with a full tank of petrol if it was OK. Monday came, they didn't get chance to look at it....then on Tuesday they said it would need to go to Nissan as they couldn't find the fault. Obviously issues happen, but the fact they didn't let us know and wasted our time seeing a faulty care whilst being unapologetic about the whole situation is extremely poor. We were in a position where we quickly needed a car and all they did was waste half of our Saturday. The manager explained over and over again how he didn't want to sell us a faulty car....we understood that but they knew before we made the journey...scummy.

Bought a car for £2000 only last week. Exhaust blown, took it to local garage £464 to fix it. On checking MOT records car failed its MOT on 29th January 2024 due to exhaust emissions. Vehicle passed 8th February. On contacting the garage, the garage was rude, unhelpful, and denied any responsibility, leaving me £464 out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Zero customer service! Sales Rep Sebastian has zero attitude towards customer care. I reserved a car and its been 3 days and Sebastian has just been sitting on the enquiry citing excuses of loads of customers he has to face and hence very busy to call me or discuss anything. Pathetic!

Avoid at all costs I’ve just seen these reviews and I wish I had read them before dealing with carstore When we paid £99 to reserve the car it was taken off the site but in order to buy the vehicle it had to go back on the site for everyone to view, I was at work and had to keep logging on so no one else bought the car Simon told me yes the car is at risk So why pay £99 to reserve We bought the car and booked it for the 9th dec Had a call stating the car would be delivered 2 days later and I had to sort insurance so that’s what I did We were told the car would be delivered at half 3 on the day of delivery we had a call at 3 pm saying the car would not arrive and was due the day after . I could not go to work as I wasn’t insured on my old car by then at this point we decided to call the manager as Simon was not returning calls or emails the manager assured us the car would be delivered the next day so I took a day off work We were told we would get a call to let us know the car was on route as it was a 4 hour drive, by 12 no call we rang and emailed no one replied at 1 I was told the delivery guys were on route we waited at 4 we got a call the driver had just left and 9 pm the car turned up Not only was the whole process a shambles no one returning calls no replies to emails we were due £300 refund due to a Black Friday deal on a trade we were told this would be refunded again no replies to emails regarding this my partner rang asked for Simon to ring us back no such luck he rang again and Simon answered he was rude and abrupt and said refund would be in our account in 48 hrs we now wait What a stressful experience Yr paying large amounts of over the internet which is nerve racking in its self but to not have any response is not good enough if the car hadn’t have come I would have thought the whole thing was a scam When the car arrived the petrol latch doesn’t open without Brut force and my key is bent

I am A Polish Lady and I do not remember how good I felt selling my old car and buying a new one here today. I felt relaxed and confident. They have had my car over a month. Ashley doesn't bother to return my calls. Made a compliant through their head office with no reply. Please do not use this garage. I should have checked the reviews before booking my MOT here.
