Absolutely shocking. Don't go anywhere near there. If you have a problem prepare to be upset and let down at every turn. Purchased a car, within 30 minutes and less than 10 miles the car we purchased started to fail. The tank was empty so we filled it up. On leaving the petrol station the motor engine warning light came on and the came was juddering. Put car into neutral and it began to rev itself uncontrollably. Wouldn't stop until engine turned off, smoke bellowing out the exhaust. On restarting the vehicle it once again revved itself uncontrollably. Car left for 10 minutes. Then restarted again, smoke still bellowing out the exhaust but revs stopped meaning we could drive to safety. The next morning called carstore explained the situation and asked to return the car for a refund. They suggested to drive it to their store which we reluctantly did (we did not want a reoccurance). They had no concern for our safety but rather to fix the car and send us on our way. No wife was due to drive it down the motorway to work (let's not think what may have happened). We asked for a full refund, including the £85 of diesel we put into the car. They agreed to refund the cost of the car but not until we returned the new V5c log book. Had to wait 4 days for this to arrive. So glad it was not 2 weeks. We asked for use of a car in the meantime, no was the answer. They would also not reimburse the £85 fuel in the car. No concern for our safety, situation or predicament. Just that they had their documents and then would return money. We paid in cash for the total amount of the car, including after care and servicing but received nothing from them in terms of service or care. I would steer well away from car store. Many people probably have no issues with their car and so car store seem to do a great job but should you encounter any trouble with your new motor you will be left to fend for yourself.

Received absolutely incredible customer service from a gentleman called James, a sales advisor at carstore Coventry. He went so above and beyond to please me and my partner. Thank you ever so much.

This time I dealt with Ashley he talked me through all my options to part exchange and purchase my Wife's new car he was very professional in the dealings and followed covid ruling at all times all in all a very thorough experience in the process of the deal. Well i have to say from the moment of stepping in the showroom the service was absolutely first class! We were greeted by a lovely guy called Dan who instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. The car was beautifully presented and time was taken to ensure we were fully happy with everything before purchasing. The professionalism of the whole team and how they went out of their way to help was really great to see. I would absolutely recommend and use again without a shadow of a doubt!
