The car purchased from Car Store Dartford had an engine warning light come on on driving away from the collection. I was told the car had just had a full service. I was told it had had a full AA inspection and all items were covered under warrantee. I took the car to a Jeep main dealer who explained the battery was faulty and needed replacement costing over £300. The battery was part of the AA Multiple point inspection. As pointed out by Jeep this could not have been missed in a full service. Attempts to get car store to honour their warrantee have met with fob off emails and now silence. I was also told I would be given the details of the main dealer garage who held the service history for the ar. I was told they wouldn't divulge the information until I had ownership of the car due to data protection. Now I have ownership they have not provided the information. We waited weeks for the V5 to arrive and it didn't. We eventually called the DVLA ourselves and got the V5 within three days. I am now taking court action against Car Store Dartford
One of the worst and arrogant customer service...did bought a car last week on Wednesday and still haven’t got the car which come up to now 8 days ,been to there branch and now one is interested to help and the garage they are using dynes on Erith road ,called them few time keep passing the wrong information and the car still not ready ... Paid for the car on 16 -4-19 and car should be ready straight away .at the time of the sale Car Store in Dartfords manager George Green told me that should be ready for tomorrow. but took them 9 days to do the service and mot through there sub contractor dynes on Erith road barnhurst , I was keep chasing them again and again car store Dartford and there subcontractor dynes and keep passing me wrong information at the time ,did complained the store manager George green but he was not interested at all . Finally car was ready at 24-04-19 and they transferred The car to my name , and I did asked him to give me a green slip and they told me straight away the haven’t got it .which was a bit strange big company like car store Dartford the don’t have the log book and I made a request please can you chase it because Transport for London need to put a pravite hire sticker on my car but still I got the same answer again we don’t have it . 26 -04-19 Just been to Gerorge Green again in car store Dartford and had a serious conversation and explained everything thing he was very rude and have 0 customers service .and I said I need the green slip and he told me that I don’t have and I asked him from where did you get the car and he said we got it car store reading and I did made a call to them and they said they will chase the matter and have a word with George Green as well So overall my advice is first don’t to business with them ..if you do please make sure the have everything ready on the spot of transfer and don’t make upfront payment to them All the staff just chilling and gossiping with each other not interested in business or customers returns phone calls and George green don’t deserve manager post in that company because he have no experience how to deal with the customers 0/10 is rating in there customers service and sales handling .....
