Paid a large deposit for a car only to find warning lights on the day we were supposed to collect obviously we refused the car and it's been nearly a week and not even a phone call . Come on guys it's not that difficult. Warning lights were very obvious saying stability control and problem with the 4 wheel drive

Maddie was lovely and helped with our needs, no pressure so enjoyed buying our vauxhall, will use again in the future.

These people sold us a car which didn't get put into our name so after a busy long year we didn't get a tax reminder and ended up having a wheel clamp and then another penalty in the post for having no tax! They quickly put it in our name but did not honor their mistake by compensating us with any of the £148 we had to pay out. They are clearly not professionals and can not be trusted to use. Avoid this company and save yourself hassle and money!

Utterly horrendous service from start to finish. The sales person was unhelpful, late and disorganised. The car was not cleaned on arrival for collection. It was given a quick wipe over to try and appease the situation which left the floor and brake pedals so slippy it was dangerous and caused me to slip when walking afterwards. I was told to get the car valeted myself and bill the amount back to the company with a receipt. I did this and they are still yet to refund me over a month later. Furthermore, they FORGOT to set up my finance agreement. A total shambles. Save yoursd alot of hassle and avoid. I have complained mutliple times and no one cares. Head office handed it back to Exeter who have done nothing to appease the situation.
