Good Afternoon, I would like to express my disappointment and to share my experience with Car Store Gloucester. I was looking to buy a car and one caught my attention. The pictures and the video that were uploaded on the site were amazing, the description as well,therefore I have booked an appointment to see the car and to buy it. I live very far from the show site and it took me 4 hours to get there and it cost me £200 pounds. When I got there, the site manager didn t even introduce himself, his atitude was not worth for his position and the car was not like in the pictures. The car was very dirty, in a very bad condition and had many scratches inside and outside of the car, the driver door was very deteriorated, when we were looking at the car it run out of the gas, it was a lot of smoke whenever I was accelerating and this was not a cheap car. We are talking about a Mercedes AMG brand 2018 that costs £18650. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this show car as they are not fair and truthful. Such a big dissapointment , waste of money and time.

Took my car in after it broke down as it was under warranty! Carried out work I asked them not to do and made me pay or they wouldn’t release car back to me even though they admitted it could have been their fault! Not my first bad encounter with them! They are in no rush to return call even though they are never busy in store!! Awful experience would never recommend!!

Darren and will who I have been dealing with about purchasing a new car have been outstanding, any questions I have asked they have got back to me really quick with a thorough answer. They are a credit to the company and should be rewarded.

If I could give minus stars I would, my wife has had nothing but problems with this place, false promises, not paying existing finance of, blaming lockdown.... She bought the car on the 29th Feb pal lockdown started 24th of march, when you walk in you think you have come to the wrong store looks like someone is going to ask what trainers you want as they are all kids who should work in soccer sports not even jd! The manager needs anger management as all he does is want to argue and use lockdown as an excuse even though the car was picked up a month before, the service department don't know there ass from there elbow, this place needs closing down fingers crossed it will as it is bloody awful, my wife is still waiting on one issue that was an agreement she would only buy the car if its resolved, I'm guessing they took one look at the cost to replace it and bottles it but there for not keeping to there word, once its sold they don't care you get more noise from a corpse

My husband purchased a Vauxhall Adam from you recently.On arrival a week later to collect the car the service we received was very good .A very through service sorting all the paperwork and ensuring all jobs had been done to a high standard nothing was too much trouble right up to handing over the keys at the end .

Bought a Mercedes slk 19 December from Gloucester store salesman demonstrated the roof retracting but it stuck on closing he said the car been in storage and was just needing using so I took it away. Got home tried the roof and it wouldn't close rang car store booked it in two weeks later mechanic sprayed WD40 on hinges of roof and said it was ok but if it sticks again will have to go to mercedes for realignement which two days later it did got the car back after two weeks without it got home and yet again roof sticks on closing rang many times and told theyll ring me back to re book it in but to date (Sun 9 February havn't) my three month warranty runs out soon and worried they wont fix it in time will try again Monday to get it in but put on hold on the phone for atleast 20 minutes then it cuts out I live Wales so cant go to Gloucester easily Hopefully one of them will read this and get in touch so frustrated every time I go there someone is complaining

Shocking service at Car Store Gloucester. Drove 2 hours to view a car, which we had reserved prior to coming. Vehicle was dirty, had empty coffee cups and sweet wrappers on back seat. The reservation fee of £99 should have ben refunded immediately. This was chased for several times and the salesman wouldn't answer emails or calls. Money still not paid back..

Bought a used BMW from Car Store in Gloucester which had 3 run-flats and 1 ordinary budget tyre as I subsequently confirmed. This would have left me stranded if had a puncture, breached my insurance and left car in an unstable state. Also had an outstanding brake service showing up on the computer despite their alledged high standard of preparation including 128 point AA inspection. The outstanding service would also have voided my 3 month AA warranty, although from other reviews it looks like its not worked the paper its written on. Eventually had my costs refunded through the County Court.. Set up looks impressive but they have zero integrity. AVOID.
