We recently purchased a car from Car Store Gloucester, and although there were not many choices within our budget we did buy what we had initially selected. It took a long time for it all to go through but the staff were friendly and not pushy most importantly. We did have a few initial concerns which were dealt with by the team there. Hopefully the car will serve us well. In particular, Jordan, Elliott and Poppie provided us with a good all around service.

Terrible service, possibly the worst company of any sort I have bought anything from. Its is almost 5 months I purchased a car from Evans Halshaw (Carstore). When I purchased the car they agreed to service it and resolve some issues that we had raised when we viewed the car and they are still unresolved. I am constantly trying to contact the Gloucester branch to get this resolved but I get no response to emails and am always told that I will get a call back but never do. Its going to cost me many hundreds of pounds to get the issues fixed myself, probably more. If you do buy a car from these people which I strongly advise that you don't. Make sure that the condition of the car is exactly as you want it before handing over any money. Don't let them tell you that anything will be covered by the AA warranty unless you have checked the policy yourself, mine wasn't.

We visited Car Store, Gloucester and were very impressed with the service we received from Charlotte and Lydia. Very knowledgable and professional, and both had a great Customer Service attitude. We were so impressed we bought the car and are now going back to Charlotte to buy a car for my Wife. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, if your looking speak to Charlotte.

The Car Store Gloucester is an absolute joke of a company! Paid £11000 cash for a car for the wing mirrors to fly off in the wind before leaving the showroom........the man stuck them back on with selotape and said he would order new ones and book me in 2 days later to fit them........went back in they still didn't have the parts......long story short and after countless phone calls about numerous problems and things I was told the car had just to make a sale that I later found out it didn't have at all.......then was told take it or leave it! I told them I wanted my money back.....was within the 14 days so was legally well within my rights......if they didn't have to I am confident I wouldn't have got any joy. The staff are rude and keep you waiting around for ages.......at one point I got upset after constantly being let down and messed around and the man laughed in my face and laughed about it with his co-worker! I now finally have my money back.......I wouldn't shop there again if I was paid to do so!
