I bought an Audi from Car store Ipswich & found 3 bolts that had been left in the engine manifold. On further inspection by the AA they found more bolts that were loose in the engine. Two days later I noticed the heating was not working so reported this to them immediately. They referred to he car to Evan Halshaw who then passed it on to Audi. Audi did a diagnostic & gave car store a quote which they refused to pay & expected me to contribute towards it which I felt I shouldn’t have to pay a penny as it’s under warranty so had to take it back to Evan Halshaw. This had been going on now for 3 weeks & the problem is still not sorted. I have had to take time off work as I have been without a courtesy car as they have none available. They argued about paying for a hire car which in the end cost me nearly £300. This whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth & it has took the enjoyable experience of buying a new car. Never again will I purchase a car from this company.....

I took. 2 cars out to test drive with Ziggy from the Car Store Ipswich about 2weeks ago. He was knowledgeable, patient with us and our daughter who left her tablet somewhere so we returned to find it prior to resuming the test drive. He answered our many questions, he was not pushy and certainly did not make us feel silly with our questions. We are still Considering our options but have been positively influenced by Ziggy so will probably return to purchase.

I’d like to say that Ziggy was fantastic. He met us in the forecourt to look at four cars, I decided to purchase one that I looked at! Everything about him was brilliant. So attentive, good clarity with explanation of products, car functionality and sales process. He made me relaxed on the test drives, that I was extremely apprehensive about, and allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision. Hat off to him, what an ambassador to Car Store Ipswich! We loved his charisma and warm personality. Thankyou so much! Top job 🤗

Found their advert on line, sent a message requesting more info, but no response. Not deterred by this I visited the store in person, was spoken to by one of the team who asked which car I was interested in, I showed him the BMW on their website only to be told oh thats gone. I asked if their were any more matching the same criteria, I was led to a door and told theres some out there go and have a look, Nobody offered to see if they could help in any other way or find a vehiclecwithin the EvansHalshaw group Not very professional or that helpful. Great website, but poor customer service

Excellent customer service from Josh Bickers. Made my visit feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend coming to Car Store Ipswich to other people
