A very poor service from the start me and my wife and two kids came in at 12.15 with a pre arrange appoint, but wasn’t seen to till 1hr later, someone took some details, and then had to wait another 1hr for a test drive, and another 1hr for my part exchanged card to be evaluated, in total we waited over 5hrs with my family, should have not taken this long as we were cash buyers, when we did complete the sale and payment, the V5 was missing, had to pay and go to post office, and the car was not valeted and I was not offered any kind reassurances or reduction. Car was supposed to come with two keys as per the advert and both set of keys are pictured on the advert also, Just goes to show the pattern of errors, not a happy customer. I will not not use this company nor will I recommend them to anyone, I will escalate my complaint further as they have responsibility covering for a new key. Nathan was the only person in this firm to only show any empathy and understanding, he is wasted at carstore

My experience at Car Store Nottingham was fabulous. The crew members are very attentive and professional. They helped me to find my car and clarified all my doubts regarding the car and the contract. The guys in store are very friendly and helpful. wasn't impressed that it took eight (yes eight) days to get a car from Reading to Nottingham. Apparently a member of staff still needed to use it even though i had paid £199 to have it moved. Not particularly impressed that it had done 1000 miles more than the advert stated either (no reduction in price due to this either). On the day of purchase the staff couldn't have been more helpful within the boundaries they are set. As part fo the sale they agreed to service the car as it was due in 900 miles. Day before the service was supposed to take place they phoned to inform me that the only technician they have had left and they wouldn't be able to service it until they got a replacement and i would be put on a high priority list. No other options have been offered. Unfortunately the car needs servicing straight away and i have had to book it in else where and will be sending them the bill.

Advert completely inaccurate- had delivered locally-9 days-20000 more miles- diff wheels dif-tax-car in very poor condition also- dented - needed new f/ bumper-67 bmw 2 series m sport- don’t recommend the Car Store Nottingham.

Turned up on spec and received great service from the minute we got in. Special thanks to Nagihan, Del, Charley Jo and Eddie and not forgetting Robin the Rhodesian ridgeback, kitted out in carstore doggy uniform for the pdsa day. With it being a car sales place, i was expecting to be harassed, but was more than pleasantly surprised. Staff not pushy at all, just very very helpful and very professional. couldn't believe how fast it was from choosing the car we liked, to filling in the paper work and finance and given the best hot chocolate drink, thought it would have taken a lot longer, but no, we picked the car up the very next day and by that time it had also had a superb valet. thankyou all so very much. 100% recommend Car Store Nottingham.

Purchasing the car it self from the Car Store Nottingham was no trouble at all, the problems began with the extended warranty that was sold with the car. 2 and a half weeks after the hand over the car had to go into to garage for suspected brake caliper fail, I contacted the car store to book it in under warranty and it took OVER 2 AND A HALF HOURS on the phone to book the car in to a garage, after being transferred to multiple people, of none knew what to do regarding the situation, except one that managed to book the car in to a garage to an examination at a Evanshalshaw Peugot, 2 weeks away(which i was told was the earliest time it could be booked in) that i had to cancel after phoning another garage (Evenshalshaw Citreon)and booking the car in myself at an MUCH earlier date. During the lengthy unacceptable phone call i was informed that the extended warranty i was sold was not valid for the car due to the mileage, this took another 3 hours of phone calls, waiting for emails that never arrived and calls backs that never happened to sort out and hopefully get mt refund To summarise i was somehow sold an invalid extended warranty that was a contributing factor to the purchase and I had to chase down the the correct people via multiple and long phone calls to get a refund due to the lack of relevant training or customer care
