Picked up a Fiat 500 last week, disappointed in the preparation as tyres were poor with 3 alloys damaged which they agreed to repair on site which thy did roughly but after a 2 hour wait my wife needed to leave, we sadly we didn't spot a large gash in passenger rear tyre which had been glued and covered up but noticing the day after I took the car to two local garages for a tyre assessment, both said lucky tyre didn't blow out at speed and front tyre also below legal limit, being 2.5hr drive from Peterborough with car now quarantined with dodgy ties and had to get two replacements to make the car legal and safe again, having notified Carworld Peterborough Sales Manager Nick, the response was you inspected the vehicle before driving away so nothing they can do, an absolute joke, had my wife had an accident on route home and police called perhaps they would have taken notice then, I will pursue things to try and get reimbursement but PLEASE be warned if you deal with these people, once you pay and drive away they couldn't care less.

I wanted to purchase a car on finance but my credit score was quite bad! When many dealerships let me down David Newsome from Carworld Peterbrough was trying almost every day for over 2 weeks to find the best deal for me and he did! 3 months later i changed my mind and i wanted ti exchange the vehicle for a newer version! Again i can’t thank him enough for all the time and effort he spent to find me the best deal and make my life as easy as possible! Highly reccomended!

Never use Car World Peterborough, avoid!!!. 6 months of hell from this company. We bought our car in December 2018, weve had nothing but trouble from a week after owning the car. Over 7 times it went in to be fixed and each time came out with a different fault. I am disabled My daughter has mobility issues but this does not seem to make any difference , they are a load of cowboys. We eventually got the finance company involved after they denied receiving my letters that were sent recorded delivery. They also told the finance company I was happy with my car , when I clearly am not. We went to collect the car after it had been "fixed" it wasn't fixed so we asked to test drive anither car of the same make to show them. We were then told to go home , as they were busy with customers. After a battle, the finance company sent out an independent inspect it to inspect the car. He made a report and said car world are at fault for selling me a car that had faults. Carworld disputed these facts. We finally got them to agree on a refund. But now they are digging in their heels so not to pay us. We heavily rely on a car . We have wheelchairs to transport. I have no way of getting my daughter to school on Monday. Please stay away from this company and go to a reputable dealership.

Having got off on the wrong foot, Booked in for a Test Drive on a Sunday and they had me down the day before and a completely different time didn't start well as well as being informed we tried to contact you blah blah. The car i had driven to see was out on a test ride. When the car came back only viewed it on the forecourt then went to have a look at another Car to keep that appointment, Steve, head of sales contacted me full of apologies and offered to sweeten the deal because of their incompetence if i bought the car from them. Anyway long story short i bought the car no issues with it, they kept to their word and it was around £2k less than similar cars.

Hi bought a car from Car World Peterborough on 4th of February 2019 viewed car and saw a few problems ie paint and alloys was told everything would be done before collection but the alloys were not very good I've been back now 4 times before they have been sorted the service team were good polite and helpful but the sales manager just ignores me when I ask to talk to him and does not ring me back.so my rating is based on the sales department.

My whole life I have never been humiliated on a company like this one. Car World Peterborough just want your money thats all once you pay them. They lie start. misleading. Rude.

£9300 on a car from Car World Peterborough, the day i pick it up the glow plug fails. less than a year later, another glow plug fails, inter cooler leaks, thermostat breaks, header tank and cap replaced, constantly goes into limp mode and now losing coolant internally somewhere, believed to be the fuel system. I have never had so many faults with a car. Sales team and service were polite and helpful, sadly the worst VW Golf i have ever owned and probably why the last person got rid of it. Still not fixed and the problems are mounting.
