Very good service, no hard pressure sales tactics. had issue with engine management light a few days after buying, nothing unusual on modern cars to be honest in my experience, was rectified with no hassles, part took a while to get but as I understand it that was due to being on back order with the manufacturer so no fault of Carworld. I was informed of a recall, which it was explained could not be carried out at carstore as has to be done by a main dealer,zed in service was kind enough to arrange to have the work done by a main dealer at my convenience with the offer of a courtesy car if required.

I purchased my VW Tiguan by speaking on the phone with a sales person as I live in Aberdeenshire , The result has been that I got a first class vehicle,first class service, When I came to pick up the car everything had been taken care of ,all documents present & correct.
