I am really impressed by such a Wonderful Company. I would like to mention one individual thou, His name is Zed. What a Great person and Friend to know . He has a really Good Personality about him. His Knowledge about cars and Mechanics is absolutely Awesome. So glad to have gone to this Incredible Garage. I really also like the Receptionist, she is very vice and kind. I purchased my VW Tiguan by speaking on the phone with a sales person as I live in Aberdeenshire , The result has been that I got a first class vehicle,first class service, When I came to pick up the car everything had been taken care of ,all documents present & correct. Buying without seeing can be a bad experience but at Car World you are in safe hands.Wish they had put a cupful of fuel in the tank instead of just sneezing into it,!!! great experience Bert Sharp, Aberdeenshire.

Wow! what a great place to find good customer service. They helped me in time of need. At first i was hesitant to go in because I was embarrassed but the Manager and staff there were so friendly.

I have never left a review before but I felt the need to leave this one. I was a bit dubious after reading the negative reviews on here but they had one of the very few models of car I was looking for. I half expected the car to be a bit of a dog judging by some of the experiences other people have had an I did think some of the positive reviews were from employees. However, the car was exactly as described, the salesman helpful but not pushy and I was able to test drive there and then. I was offered a warranty but declined as the car had manufacturer warranty remaining and that was that. Made the payment, did the paperwork and took the car home that day. I would have given 5 stars but there was a small problem with the documentation and I was overcharged! However, it was sorted very promptly. Overall a good experience.

Have just bought our first car from Car World Peterborough. The price on my trade in was done over the telephone and was matched again at the desk. While the process of buying the car was a little slow due to the car being in the middle Of its valet I'm happy with the car I got. The dealer who looked after me did disappear for around half an hour mind you... but when he returned I'd realised he'd had done the niggly things I wasn't happy with on the car. This wouldn't have affected the cars performance in any way, but it was nice that he had listened. I'd give the score a five but I have only had the car a short while and darent tempt fate!!

Bought a car from Car World Peterborough in April 2017 - very good finance for what the car is worth. Have a slight problem with the wheel bearings however after speaking to Car World they were happy to take my car into their garage free of charge. One happy customer.

We'd taken in on old car when looking. They looked around it and offered us £400 trade in; they DIDN'T bother to drive it. Wife went to pick up new car having cancelled old insurance and set up new, so out of options at this point. THEN they drove it, noted faults, and offered £200, not £400. Negotiated up to £250, but this sort of underhand behavior leaves a nasty taste in the mouth. Would NOT recommend Car World in Peterborough, and WON'T be going back.

I bought my car here. The salesmen were attentive and informed, but not pushy. The car I bought is a beautiful runner and the aftercare and service is second to none. I've had my car over 3 years now and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I will definitely buy my next car from Car World Peterborough.
