I was really happy with the service given to me yesterday, i was late to my appointment but they still were happy to provide their service but i did have to wait as they were very busy as i could see. It took me 15-20 mins o make my decision and not long after i was driving away. I have booked my partner in for next weekend for a car she really likes. There was 2 marks on the inside which they could do nothing with, you can hardly see them but I'm still pleased.

I bought a car from these people in September 2020 and a day later I discovered the rear windows didn’t work and the boot doesn’t close properly unless slammed hard. This is after a £200 service on buying, A full service in which the rear windows weren’t checked for serviceability?! They fobbed me off to the “warranty” pretty much as soon as I opened my mouth, more on that fiasco in a minute. Also I realised a few days later there was a slow puncture which I put down to bad luck, however the mechanic who came to fit the new tyre found that the loss of air was caused by a rusty wheel, so rusty that it wasn’t sealing properly. This time carworld bothered to look into it and I sent them a report from the mechanic. This was November 2020. As of Jan 21 I’m still waiting for an answer. Also in November 20 I activated the RAC warranty in order to fix the windows and boot, I ended up paying £120 for the diagnostics because the warranty doesn’t cover electronics which on a used car is no good to man or beast. As if Jan 21 I’m still waiting on an answer from after sales as to what they are going to do about the faulty car they sold me. Don’t be taken in by their slick sales reps, who will reassure you any faults will be fixed before you pick up and that the warranty is all singing all dancing and bulletproof. check every inch of the car when you pick up.
