A bad experience with this garage. Bought a VW polo as a first car. Was told serviced and MOT'd on pick-up. Also paid for a RAC warranty. Within days, engine management light on. Communicated with the garage. Ignored. Took to a local garage and mechanic told us whole exhaust system had been welded together, badly, and it would definitely need replacing and would fail its MOT. There is no way this was missed by Slough Motoring World. We contacted RAC to check on warranty - they knew nothing about it. DVLA also had not received detail of our ownership. Garage had not bothered. Finally obtained refund, but only after returning the car at our own expense. STEER CLEAR.

Don't ever buy a car from here. They are NOT servicd when they say they are, they are not road legal and they don't care. Spent over 50k on a car from here and it needed nearly 10k worth of work doing as it had been in an addident and not reported. Never use these guys

Don't bother AT ALL they rip you off!!!!!!! they sell you a 'road worthy car' with a faulty abs system, brake disc's fully gone, broken abs ring and broken abs sensor. They will NOT reimburse the costs I had to make since they 'expected me to drive a dangerous car for 90 miles' and risk my life as a single mother with a daughter depending on me so they could see it. They either don't even check the cars they sell or they just don't care that they sell dangerous cars!!!!!

Pls do not buy a car from these people they are aggressive, liars and rip people off. They sell rubbish unroadworthy cars with no care for who they are selling it to and endangering people's lives. The cars are cat n and auction cars . No receipts are emailed as work hasn't been done. These people have changed company name many times as they're dodgy. How would they like it if their families were ripped off. Karma

Professional and friendly service- picked me up from the train station. Gotbtk test drive car I was interested in. Knowledgeable on the car and fair with the price. Car was clean and presented very well. Any problems I can get back to them. Would recommend

Unprofessional racist selling cat d cars

Be cautious with this dealership, not quite genuine as you might think. At first the guys at Car World seemed genuine, and extremely friendly when I came to look at a car I bought from here. They told me that they would get all MOT advisories fixed for when I come to pick up the car the following week. I came to pick up the car the weekend after, asked for an invoice of work completed and they said that they would email them to me the next day. It's now been 6 months +, and I still haven't received anything. Multiple phone calls were made asking to get the invoices sent out to me. However, they kept making up excuses (call me back later not in the office, drop us an email and we'll get back, text us your details and we'll get back). The reason why I needed these invoices was to prove that the work was actually carried out, as I noticed brake issues, which were promised to be fixed before collecting the car. I paid full price for the vehicle + £90 admin fee, and they have done absolutely no admin to help send these invoices out to me. Something else I should note: • Car was in a very unclean condition on pick up. • Myself being of South Asian descent, I overheard and was able to understand two of the employees bad mouthing a female customer in their own language, just because she was asking too many difficult questions about a car. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from the two employees.
