i am very happy with the customer service that was provided when i arrived to car world , car wold has such a amazing amount of cars in stock i was stuck on 3 cars , i got to test driver all 3 cars and then was shown all the paper work , not once was i pressured into buying a car i was given enough time to decide , hats off to the lads a car world thanks

I have recently bought my new Polo from Car World. I am a new driver and was finding it very difficult to choose my first car. The salesman at car world understood I was looking for a small car that would be cheap on insurance. The salesman suggested a polo to me and also helped me with my car insurance. I've so far had no issues with my car and have bought a car and done insurance all within my budget

Cannot fault the service from Car World. From the moment I phoned to enquire and was welcomed to visit and see the car in person, to the visit - with absolutely no pressure to buy, a short but relaxed test drive and very friendly, laid-back approach to the stuffy formalities - to picking up my new car a week later to find it ready, waiting and gleaming. They didn’t pressure me, they respected my knowledge and research, and they gave me time to look around the car, familiarise myself and make the decisions that were right for me. My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish - I’d recommend Car World to anyone.

Purchased a low mileage Yeti from Car World at a reasonable price just a week ago. It was clean and presentable. The dealer guys were up front with advising me of the known faults and I have not found any others. So far so good.
