Very unhappy and angry customer, Car World SOLD US A FAULTY CAR. We came all the way from Bournemouth (2hr drive) to look at a Honda CR-V plate number KV07 RDY as we needed a car asap. Initially spoke to the boys there when we got there and got on with them very well. So we decided we'll get this car because as i explained to the guys our family car was written off by the insurance company due to an accident the Mrs had. We have two little girls which we brought with us both times we came up to see and pick up the car. We were told we couldn’t take the car same day which was ok nothing we could do about it and thought I’d rather they check everything is fine, service it or whatever before we take it. Meant The Mrs and the girls were stuck at home for a whole week during the school holidays. We had to wait a whole week to get the car because there was a part that needed to be ordered apparently and fitted which we were never told what it was they actually fitted. During this wait, I had to call them on 3 occasions to find out whats happening with the care and eventually was told It’ll not be ready until Sunday a week from when we put the deposit down. And on each occasion I was told they’ll call me back and never did so I had to call. After a week of waiting for you guys to check and make sure the car is good to drive the car you sold us wasn’t good to drive. The car wasn’t even clean inside or outside when I even called on the Friday and I was told to come around 2pm on Sunday so they have a chance to clean it. We noticed on Monday a day after pick up that you cannot turn the steering wheel on full lock because it makes this loud quickie noise like the car is about to pack itself in… I like the car if it can be fixed but now the Mrs is so stressed she’d rather give the car back. We recently bought a house and did a major refurb on it so we have no money to spare. Thinking we were buying a car from a reputable company boy we were wrong.

Car World provided excellent customer service, i was looking for a reliable, low mileage vehicle which would be practical for my daily commute to work. A staff member dealt with my requirements and i can say i am happy with the purchase of a Vauxhall Corsa. Highly recommend!

Had gone to see toyota auris, next day went to pick it up & notice leak in engine (oil). Ask them to refund my deposit,guess what.... they started giving all the world excuses & i jus let them have my deposit (£250) greedy hungry people... Car World are full dodgy

Waited 1 month for them to only have made some external changes - other things needed to have been done - The car itself was filthy inside ( hadn’t cleaned it since we first saw it after a month) and they themselves had no clue about the car, explaining how it had already been through checks and ‘passed’. They were driving my car around with no oil and no oil cap - damaging the whole engine and car. Only reason they realised this was through a family member who had done more checks on the car in 30 minutes than they did in 1 month. Not to be trusted as they were going to hand us the car with us to ‘know no difference’ Meaning we would have thought it would be in good conditions but it really wouldn’t have been safe.

Purchased my A6 2 months ago at an okay price. So far no problems and service received at Car World was good.

Bought a car from Car World, everything was good after a few months started having problems & they just passed their Mot at their centre but overall a dishonest car dealer.
