Recently bought a Ford Focus from Car World in Slough, They serviced and valeted the vehicle before i collected it and sorted out all previous Mot's advisories which i was concerned about before leaving a deposit. I would recommend to anyone whos looking for a car 1st car or a upgrade.

Sold a car that on first service not 4 months later needs a lot doing to it (Tyres dangerous, exhaust etc- all items which existed on sale)) and then found coolant leaking into engine. Very disappointed as was sold Car World as a trustworthy dealership. Expect more when spending on 9 year BMW 1 series.

I purchased a Audi A3 a few weeks ago from Car World and have not had any issues, The car had 1 former keeper from new and a Full Service History but there was no signs of Cambelt been replaced, The dealer offered to get Cambelt and Waterpump changed for me if i paid the asking price. I think there service was really good and very satisfying, I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to definitely visit them as they have a huge amount of cars to choose from. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Purchased £5,500 (cash) car, 6 weeks later it breaks down and is recovered by the AA to Carworld Slough. They 'find' water in the fuel tank and refuse any liability. Car then recovered to VOSA garage and they find multiple faults. Still will not refund. Car was sold with FSH - but no service book and service history cannot be found. Sold with 1 day old MOT but wipers split, fuse for windscreen washer missing (not broken ... missing), leak in washer reservoir, bulbs gone - all of these are MOT fails so how did it get its MOT? They say they are 'RAC dealers' but this is NOT true. They only sell RAC warranty but did not even offer this to me. I wonder why? Do not go anywhere near these crooks! Oh and surprise surprise they don't accept credit cards so no warranty there either.

Traded my Focus for a Mondeo. Found the team very helpful and up front. Got the Mondeo home, had it serviced, clean bill of health, all good. Though the Mondeo was dirty, as it was parked under the roofing and a direct target for pigeons.

We looked at a Corsa that Car World had for sell and we wanted to part exchanged in our blue Peugeot 206. We were told they would use the car for spares and repairs as it wasn't a car they would put on their forecourt and they would give us £250-£300. When we collected the Corsa we asked how much we would receive for the Peugeot? After looking over the car and taking it for a drive, they said the best they could give us was £100 as it only had one months MOT and no service history and that they would scrap it. Although unhappy with this outcome we thought they would know best. However two days later we found the Peugeot on their Website and they are selling it for £995.00 with 11 months MOT......how can this be?? I called and asked for an explanation as I thought they were being very dishonest. The reply I got from the manager was "what's it got to do with you, It's none of your business , and a deals a deals".

Car World sold my brother a Corsa which is fine so far, they offered £100 pounds for his old car and said they were going to scrap it - fair enough. The next day his old car was on the website for a grand! Phoned and asked them about it and their attitude was rude and disgusting, stated the car had many problems with it , OK so why are you selling it for a grand?! 'it's none of your business' was the reply we got. Stay away.

Described as “in immaculate condition”... Reality.... every body panel was completely covered in scratches. All 4 alloy wheels had 360 degree damage. Mirror missing from wing mirror. All Wiper blades worn beyond use. Car absolutely filthy. All door handles heavily scarred. Engine bay revolting. Both headlamps opaque. Moving to the inside... dirty beyond belief. Melted sticky sweets, dirt, dust, crisps, grime on seats. Repugnant smell. Air con not blowing cold air, just recirculating the stench. Going home to wash off the bad experience as I felt violated getting in that car!

I went to see a car at car world, was described as 'immaculate' condition, full of rust, scratches on front bumper. Engine warning light and EPC light were on, meaning there could've been serious problems. Overall not a good experience at all, travelled 1and a half hours for nothing. Could only put one star as lowest.

Great choices of cars no pressure toward purchasing and very low prices. Will be coming back to Car World for an upgrade.
