I have had my vehicle for the last 3 months that i bought from car world and i can say i have had no problems with it, they where honest with me from the start to finish. They helped me with road tax and a years MOT. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Sold us an overpriced Mercedes B150 that had bad brakes and low power. They reassured us that before we picked it up they would get it into a garage and check everything over and fix everything. Picked it up a week later and it still had low power and bad brakes but they said they had fixed everything. We were desperate for a car so we drove it away. Now we find the brakes are below the legal limit and the wheel bearings are damaged, it still has low power, the battery keeps going flat and the warning systems keep flashing on the dashboard. And we find out it's worth £3k when we paid £5k. This place felt dodgy in my opinion. They also gave us all the paperwork for another vehicle , I called up and they don't have ours anymore so we have lost the service history and all work receipts.

Advert stated that the car saab 9-3 was immaculate, it couldn't be any nearer to the truth. I travelled 2 hours to see this immaculate car to find the driver side carpet had holes, interior was filthy and the body work or engine average. Will definately not recommend Car World to anyone.
Bought a car from car world Slough and it has been 6 months hassle free, I looked at serveral other dealers but car world had a variety of cars, the staff are friendly and polite the car was just as described and I will recommend to friends and family

The Car I bought from Car World had to be returned to them because it came with so many issues. The aftercare was not good and they weren't helpful. It cost me a lot of money and time. really was shocking, I would not recommend this dealership!

Car World lied to us about getting car valet for when we collect and a having a issue fixed. Went to pick car up and none of these were done.

Could have been a lot better. The dealer was quite evasive about the work the car needed to have done and the history of it. The aftercare was pretty poor and I wouldn't recommend this dealership
