Fair price for condition, couple of faults but rectified. However, car came with 12 months MOT, but 4 weeks after I bought it , I took the car in for a service at my local garage and they found it need new suspension arms , which was a MOT failure!! Cost over £600 inc service to repair!
The vehicle was not clean or as described. I have had numerous issues with the car and the dealership don't even exist anymore. The car had done far more miles than advertised and has a very poor repair job on the back near the rear passenger wheel. I would not recommend Caralot to anyone.

I bought a BMW from here back in August. The dealership have had the car more than I have over the last few months. It has had numerous issues and the car just seemed to be getting worse every time it came back to me. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

I bought a Mercedes form here in August. I have had some issues with the car but when i tried to contact them I came to realise they are no longer trading. While they were open they were always helpful and friendly and had a good fleet of quality cars and i would have recommended them.

This isn't a review it's a shout for help to Prior customers of caralot. My son bought a car with Warranty & GAP Insurance he's tried contacting the warranty that caralot provided with his car. Unfortunately the number on the warranty does not exist and is trying to find out if the warranty is legit or that the number is wrong? When I needed to claim on the warranty I called the number they gave me only for the warranty company to say they have nothing to do with caralot. I ended up having to pay for all the repairs myself and then send an itemised bill to caralot by recorded mail with a threat of court seeing as they weren't answering any of my calls or emails. 2 weeks later I received a cheque for the full amount in the post with nothing else at all in the envelope. Never heard from them since.
Really great service from Caralot. The car was really nice and clean and in really good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. The staff were really helpful and friendly and gave me a very good, surprising price for my old car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I am very impressed with the level of service I received at Caralot in Derby. I bought an Audi A3 from them in July and I have had no issues with it at all since then. When we first got the car there was an issue with the window screen washers but they sorted it out there and then. The car was fully valeted and in excellent condition. I would fully recommend.

Very good experience with this dealership. I bought an Audi A6 back in June and I am very happy with it. I have had a few small issues but I am in the process of getting it booked in. The car was very good value for money and was in very good condition. I would recommend this dealership.

I have had some issues with this dealership. The car was not clean or as described, The car had stone chips and paint swirls. there was also foundation on the sun visor from the previous owner. The car needed the gearbox replacing... they said this would take a week and it took almost 8 no I'm not happy with that. I really like the car but the service here was not good.

Car Dealer Reviews has been learned that Caralot has now gone into Liquidation and thus is no longer trading.
Whilst open this dealership appeared on a TV show aired on Dave; Used Car Wars. They went head to head with another car dealership called Geoff Cox Cars.
