I recently bought a little Audi A1 from Louis Copp at the Bristol Carbase, I had explained I was on a budget and was looking for something low mileage, fairly new, Automatic, and cute. Louis advised me on so many things I wouldn’t have taken into account like gap insurance in a friendly and helpful manner. I’m looking forward to my new purchase. Very fast and efficient customer service.

Having found the Insignia I wanted on their site I decided to visit and see the car, only to find out it was in Weston. Thankfully Louis showed me alternative Insignias they had and I found one a little newer with less mileage for a little more which wasn’t a huge issue. The finance was straight forward to set up and the only thing I wasn’t 100% happy with was the trade in value on my car, but I decided the whole deal was worth taking the hit on and I am very happy with my new car. Thank you to all at CarBase I dealt with.

Start to finnish was very efficient and Nasim kidly fastracked the handover as our three kids were getting irratable , but the whole thing was super fast and efficient for a busy site and all the staff seem focused and proffesional, certainly recommend Carbase Bristol to others
