I have bought 2 cars from carbase in the last 3 years and both times I was assisted by joe Ramsey who was fantastic , he made everything so easy and nothing was to much trouble for him

Bought a car last month from Carbase Bristol branch and the lacquer is peeling from the paint already so the car now looks rubbish. I went back down to Carbase Bristol and the manager couldn't care less and just walked away from me and treated me like scum. Just gave me some bullshit about 14 years experience, what's that got to do with anything? Don't buy a car from here, if you want a Peugeot go to Robins and Day. There is no after care service and nothing is covered in the warranty. Shocking company, how are they in business.

When car sold should be all ready to go. After cleared everything still need to find the fuel point because fuel was very low. At least nearly1/2 Can be accepted or manage payment.

I recently dealt with Carbase and i have to say the whole team were excellent, especially Naseem the sales guy who i dealt with, he followed my enquiry through to the end, even when he was off work for two days he made sure I was kept informed of what was going on with my car, and when I got my car he phoned me to make sure I was happy with it.
