Rich land at Carbase Bristol was very helpful explained extra 4 year warranty and really pleased with him. Didn't feel pressured easy service and left me at my own accord On handover I saw a lady Amy who signed paperwork with and showed me to my car. She was also very helpful and lovely.

Mixed levels of knowledge from sales people at Carbase, don’t appriciate the system and lack of communication between staff. The system of you stick with one sales person doesn’t work as they won’t change you to another person if you need to come in on certain days but your sales person isn’t working. I was told a car was one price but got charged another price and they wouldn’t give me any kind of deal and I had to pay a price which was higher than I agreed. Some staff are friendly and helpful.

What's the point to sell the car with the left cover mirror with unsecure position to lost on the road.. Some hiding scratch under a very bad quality paint standards really bad communication with options.. at the end.. £2000 in cost plus £5000 in interest... so really upset.. if have any option to bring back the car absolutely i'm doing. NEVER BACK TO CARBASE IN BRISTOL AGAIN !!!

I came to see the car last Wednesday, the car had 4 Brenda New Pirelli tyres on, I bout the car today and realized that New tyre release to used mishelline ones, I am disappointed, I would not recommend Carbase to anyone. Huseyin lim.

The staff were very helpful and made the whole process extremely simple, including payment, taxing and temporary insurance. Prior to purchase there was never a feeling pressurised selling, staff were happy for me to look at numerous vehicles and provide info. Only slight criticism would be that the admin fee (£120) should be added into the screen price, not an add on, as it is unavoidable however you pay

Recently got a new car the sales person naz was highly professional and friendly and knew what he was talking about! He explained everything down to the last detail so I was fully informed on what I was buying. I would highly recommend this company and naz.
