One arriving at car base decided there was no need to go anywhere else as. We were met there by Duncan Andrews where he showed us where the cars we in our price range,blest us to wander not pushing us at all but left us decide the one we would like. I would like to thank him and to Jackie for all their help in the purchase of the car we wanted I would use Carbase again and highly recommend it.

From the start when I spoke to Jo asking about a Renault Captur I had seen on the website to actually buying one ( not the original one I might add) he was very professional & wasn’t pushy. Went and looked at the car and took it home on the same day. Happy is an understatement.😃

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID. Will act through Standard trading. Worst experience I ever had. In test drive every thing was ok. When I collect the car in Thursday 16/August I have realised that sd card for sat nav removed before I collect the car. When I called Carbase Bristol they said that they gave my the sd card in envelope and cctv recorded. The original one cost me £500 from Mercedes. Be careful. Dear manager please response me asap before i act through standard trading. If i need to spent 10 thousand pounds to take you to the court i will. I don't contact you anymore because the man by the phone was rude with me.so do not copy paste same response. Of course you have my number so I'm waiting for your call monday 20/August Mercedes c220 blutec.
