Purchased a car on the 8/12/2019 from Bristol branch Due to pick it up 13//12/2019. Whilst in taxi to pick up the new car received a phone call saying car wasn’t ready and can I pick up Tuesday 17/12/2029. They said they would keep me informed and give me a call. Tuesday arrived no news called and when I called fobbed off with all sorts of excuses. Made two complaints neither acknowledged. Finally after a lot of calls to them. They agreed to give me a lease car. Lease car arrived Thursday 19th (eleven days without a car). Lease car was disgustingly dirty and absolutely no fuel. When I went to drive the lease car. It had a puncture !! Called carbase and spoke with David the salesman he said he would send someone arriving ten o’clock the next morning. He didn’t neither did I ever hear from him again. Had to put the temporary spare on and take to garage and pay for a new tyre. My new car was ready Sunday 29 December. Picked up car and returned lease car with half tank of fuel. My new car had zero fuel and I didn’t even receive any sort of apology let alone being reimbursed for fuel and The new tyre on their lease car. Avoid this garage at all costs appalling service. When you make a complaint the salesman your dealing with sees it and deletes it so no complaint was ever registered despite me making two. Do not use or visit this underhand garage. I’ve been put to considerable expense and considerable inconvenience and I didn’t even get an apology.

I reported a fault with my £10,500 Nissan Qashqai within the 3 month warranty period, but because I couldn't take the car to the garage for 4 weeks due to the long distance, work commitments and a booked holiday, Carbase refused to honor the warranty and although they offered to look at the car, any work that would need doing would be chargeable. Wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from Carbase in Bristol for this reason.
