I recently bought my dream car from Carbase.I am really happy with the purcahase.Staff are great and very halpful and it was a very quick and easy process.

The general sales experience was very positive and I felt most of my questions were answered quickly and fully. Their is obvious pressure to get through the sale process of additional services whereas my approach as the customer is to sit back, look what else is out there and then make adecision. I had to remind a couple of times that additional info requested had not been provided. There was however no pressure to buy .

The service I received was keen, polite, friendly and ( with some prompting and follow up questions ) covered all the aspects I require to know.. I just felt one or two of the add on services you were promoting could have been covered in a bit more depth rather than moving on quickly yo the next item. However with follow up questions and requests for copies of some of the documents I was satisfied with the outcome Overall it was a good experience I was impressed that I got a follow up call today following the one or two problems that flagged up with the vehicle yesterday which were in fact dealt with promptly to my satisfaction. Would use Carbase again in the future.
