Picked up my Corsa today from Carbase in Weston Super Mare, and was nothing but a pleasurable experience. My main contact was MARK PEDLEY. He was brilliant, made me and my sister feel at ease as soon as we entered the doors. overall experience was 10/10, Mark really excels on his customer service. Explained everything perfectly and was super friendly. He is a credit to the company.

Gave speck to a few car sales of the car that I wanted. Richard Dibble Carbase Weston came thought with two. Looked at both not much between them, little here little there. Picked one I wanted and Richard and Carbase made it easy work in buying the car.

Friendly efficient service from Mark Pedley. All my questions were answered knowledgeably. The car was in amazing condition when it came from preparation and a small paint fault was repaired almost instantly. I would seek out Mark when I go back for another car.

I have just purchased a car from WsM Carbase. I was originally dealing with Neil who was professional and interested in the requirements I had around my new vehicle. I was introduced to Rich Dibble who saw me through the purchasing process, Rich made this experience very positive and relaxed. Rich was clear about products that were available to me but at no point did he make me feel under pressure to purchase any products that I didn't want. This was a concern I had from a visit to this branch many years before, where because of the pressure I walked away without a car. Rich and Neil quickly changed my opinion of carbase to one that would recommend friends and family to purchase from there. They were both a credit to carbase and a pleasure to meet.
