Carbase where a pleasure to deal with, the car we bought was in excellent condition at a reasonable price with a good trade in offered for our own! Ben at Carbase was superb!! He made a usually long boring task of paperwork etc an effortless pleasure, lots of laughs but very informative too! Even my 9 year old son was kept very entertained and didn’t stop going on about him most of the way home!!! A big thumbs up to Carbase and Ben in particular!! Excellent service and would definitely use them again no question!!!

It was a great experience with Carbase. My handover was deal by Keiran Sage. He brilliantly handled the application process and swiftly kept me up to date with each stage. There was one highlight I would like to mention. There was an instant of misguidance from his new manager but Keiran understood my frustration and took ownership of the problem. Does he deserve a pay rise? YES. Does he deserve a promotion?. In years to come YES he will prove his true potential in good time.
