We found the car we thought we wanted online and visited the site in Weston Super Mare the next day. With so many cars to choose from, we decided on another, and were able to check its specifications with the team which was great - we got exactly the car we wanted. The change of vehicle being purchased didn't phase Neil - he had to move a number of other cars to get to the one we wanted out for a test drive, which was much appreciated. He made the whole experience very enjoyable - no pressure, good natured and he gave a full description of the vehicle, answering the many queries we had. All in very pleasant surroundings. Picking up the car was easy - it was ready in two days and Neil was fully prepared, and the whole thing was hassle free. We'd definitely recommend Carbase - well worth the trip and fantastic customer service. Thanks again Neil and thanks to Sophie for such a warm welcome.

We knew roughly what we looking for when we went into the dealership and our salesman Neil Manville couldn't have been any more helpful. From start to finish he listened to our requirements and help us to select the vehicle that would most suit our needs. He didn't rush us or pressurise us into any upgrades or items we didn't need. Very courteous service towards their customers.
