Bought a new car from Carbase at Weston super Mare and part exchanged my old one. I delt with Mark who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The car I was buying had a few marks on the paintwork but Mark got them sorted out in a couple of days. Excellent job! Would like to thank Mark Pedley for really smooth purchase. I found Car Base know the requirements of what I wanted in a car and the customer service was excellent. Mark was Very friendly, was very helpful, explained all product that are available when buying a car and went through all documents in detail so i understood. Saw the car online and rang the garage and spoke to mark. He was very happy to hold the car with a deposit for me to come and look on the weekend. When we arrived very accommodating and Mark let me have a good look around the car and answer any questions I had.
