I’m completely satisfied with my experience at CarConnect. The price was fair, the salesmen were friendly, likeable and not pushy. Yes the car had a few things age related but it’s 7 years old I really was not expecting a brand new car for the price they were asking. I got a reasonable offer on my old car in part exchange, however I did not go for it as I shall keep it for walking the dogs. I would advise going to see this dealer before judging purely by some of the reviews on here. They have some lovely cars on their website and that says something in itself.

It was a pleasure striking a deal with this Company. Very professional team of people, well presented cars and excellent value for money. I searched the market for a while until I found exactly what I was after, they offered a good deal on my old part exchange and the car they were selling was priced well. Highly recommended.

If you check CarConnect out you'll see they have been in a couple of places. Firstly I bought a BMW 3 series from here - or so I thought. It had been in an accident - shoddy paint job, rims and callipers were just sprayed with silver paint and not refurbished as advertised. Unfortunately, I was late to see it and the light was not good, so I missed it. The cars sat nav did not work and nor did the mic. A rim was cracked AND there was an issue with a sensor. There were also signs the car was clocked. I informed them - after some serious raised voices they said I had to drive (2 hours) to drop the car off and they would give me a car on loan whilst mine was being fixed. When I got there the car was not out and took a lot of time to drive away. Then this 2011 Golf's check engine light comes on the motorway and I lose power. - This happened 3 times over 2 weeks. I of course just drove it and did not care. Feel sorry for whoever bought this - white golf 2011 around 6 months ago. Got the car back with a still broken mic, a shoddy job of putting a new sat nav in (plastic was scratched and cracked etc) Ohhhhh and finally the differential and water pump both went at the same time. Luckily I'm in a position I could lose a lot of money on it and get rid of it. For some people they will spend all they have on a nice car and its not fair or just. Car connect you are dishonest, thick and a laughing stock. Oh did I mention the car sales guys have an IQ of 20. Absolute idiots. Actually almost quite funny watching them walk around looking more and more confused. Ohhhhh and that auto guart warranty - the car has to be totally broken for them to pay out - as in it has to be underivable - its not worth the paper its written on! Andddd if the part is fixable they wont pay for it either. Also its next to dodgy garage - they obvs to the work to the broken cars for them.
Easy transaction! Just how purchasing a second hand car should be. No sales pressure & great people to deal with. I felt very comfortable buying my new car from here. They've got some really nice cars in stock and the few I looked at were all decent prices. The Only thing they didn't do was negotiate on the price, but in all fairness it was a bargain anyway. Thank you CarConnect I will be back!

THE worst service I have every received as a customer. "Couldn't run a bath" selling average cars from a mobile home I should have know better! Poor knowledge, poor service and poor excuses for their incompetence. Ohh and the one star is only so this goes live, they deserve no stars!!!!

You've left us a bad review because we found out about the gearbox fault on the vehicle we had offered you £16500 for in part exchange. We had no other choice but to pull out of the deal because you failed to disclose the fault. If it was the other way around and we were trying to sell you a vehicle that had a gearbox fault you would also be looking to cancel the sale. This review is completely unjustified and not a true reflection of the business we operate.
I never had such bad experience or services from any one in my life, they have no ethic and will sell you dangerous cars without thinking twice, warranty is not the paper it's written on, if you want to avoid stress and like to live don't buy from CarConnect UK.

After telling salesman on telephone i had been let down travelling miles to see mis-described Nissan Qashqai cars, which turned out to have major faults when I arrived to buy them, I had him assure me that the CarConnect description of my selected vehicle from their stock EXCELLENT SPECIFICATION & CONDITION, FULL BLACK LEATHER, BLUETOOTH HANDSFREE, PANORAMIC ROOF, PARKING SENSORS, FULL MAIN DEALER SERVICE HISTORY, 8 STAMPS TO 79k. was correct. He told me yes and i made him repeat this assuring him that if anything was faulty I would find it and be unable to complete transaction. After telling me that it had been recently serviced and mot'd and would receive an additional valet during the week leading to my visIt, I paid a holding deposit of £200 and took a day off to enable me to travel 180 miles to collect the vehicle. On the evening before my departure the garage phoned my home and told my wife that while checking over the car to make sure it would be perfect for me they had notice that one of the front tyres was worn to just 1 mm above the legal limit and should be replaced, although they were happy to pay for that one as tyres should be replaced in pairs would she like them to replace one on the other side and have me pay for that one. No knowing what to answer, she told them yes, but i soon called, told them that their advert led me to believe that the tyres were in excellent or at least good condition and that they had better pay for both. I then asked them again to reassure me that the rest of the vehicle was in excellent condition and they told me yes. Well when I got their the new tyres were the only thing good about the vehicle. It had clearly not been service and if it had been mot'd the tester and service staff had missed the following. The oil was a thick black sludge and was clearly not renewed., The front discs both had a pronounced ridge around the outer circumference and were thin enough to have demanded replacement at service, front and rear brake pads were all worn below acceptable limits, The fan belt was badly frayed with an exposed area of cord showing, the large heat shield above the catalytic converter and exhaust was flapping at one side because the fixing area had broken free and wind would soon tear the remainder of the panel loose in this condition. and the swinging arms and all moving steelwork associated with the suspension was badly rusted. As a result of this most cursory look over i did not need to take the vehicle for a drive to know that i had been lied to about the vehicle be the dealer, who interestingly operates right in the middle of a number of business specialising in vehicle dismantling, which is where this vehicle was probable originally intended.
Chris from CarConnect UK in response to Watch what you buy here!
Thanks for taking the time to review your experience with us, it's just a shame you felt the need to leave a negative one. I can only apologise the car didn't meet your expectations, however I must point out that it did meet the expectations of the Nissan main dealer who did the most recent service & MOT On the vehicle prior to us purchasing it. The majority of the items you mention tyres, brakes etc unfortunately are all items that wear on a vehicle. You obviously have knowledge about cars so I would expect you to already know they were unlikely to be in a brand new condition on a car that's done in excess of 80,000 miles. We will always hold our hands up if we are in the wrong but on this occasion I am afraid to say I can't. CarConnect UK

Please confirm the car you purchased if this is a genuine review. As far as we are we don't have any ongoing complaints. Many thanks, CarConnect UK.
Car Collect UK is the worst garage I've even been to, brought Nissan navara and when I collected the truck wasn't cleaned as said it would also the battery was dead .... one week later found out the eml light bulb had been removed, went back to dealer with all problems to be told an hour later that they will refund my money, then today 15/11/2016 the Nissan is back up for sale with the picture showing the eml Light bulb in place and on ... such a shame I didn't see it before I brought it.
CarConnect UK from CarConnect UK in response to Mr dooler
Dear Mr Dooler, Although we welcome all feedback I feel yours is a little unfair. If we were a bad garage then you wouldn't of had a refund so easily. We can only apologise you had a bad experience with the vehicle you bought but at the end of the day you were dealt with professionally. An issue arised, we had kept in communication, you were offered a repair or refund and decided on a refund. We weren't to know about the EML light issue, it clearly had happened before we bought the vehicle. If we knew about the issue we would have had it repaired before selling it to you to avoid the risk of having to refund your money later on when it broke down. (Especially as it was a very simple fix) We have now had it repaired, taken new photos and put the vehicle back up for sale. You need to remember we only sell these vehicles we don't make them, sometimes mechanical failures can't be helped. We thank you for buying a vehicle from us and can only apologise that it didn't work out this time. We wish you luck finding yourself a new work vehicle. CarConnect UK
Good Car and friendly and helpful sales team. I have had an issue with a tyre and a few other things but overall I am happy with the car and would recommend the dealership.

I went to CarConnect in April and came out with a Vauxhall Astra. I would recommend this company! The service was great and the car was in really good condition and very clean. The price wasn't too bad and I have had no problems with the car.
