Well after a 5 hour train trip we managed to find a company called cardiff performance cars which turns out to be cardiff car warehouse we had been promised this car a Mercedes e class was in the best possible condition and we would not be disappointed it was a 2005 but it had only done 52k and they wanted top money for it. BUT when we turned up we found a Mercedes e class that had recently had the back end up to the front doors resprayed but what looked like a trainee. We were dealing with the owner MYLES who knew it had been sprayed even tho he denied it but he is a car specialist so he should know and all he had to say knowing we travelled 5 hours is ok sorry the car isn't for you. He is a typical car sales man and will say what ever to get a sale and dosnt care at all about people travelling so far to look at sprayed up over priced cars. Avoid Avoid Avoid don't waste your time keep MYLES the owner MILES away from you and every one you know.

Miles dealt with my sister a disabled middle aged driver. He confirmed warranty and sale price in text. She agreed and proceeded with the sale. No documents were ever sent and upon trying to contact Miles nothing but rude challenges to 'do what you like' were given. Even his receptionist sounded worn out! No documents received to this day. 3 months after sale. The car has faults and has had to be repaired. Very distressing experience for a vulnerable person who has been deceived.

If you want a car of questionable quality, non existent aftercare, ignored communication and the pleasure of dealing with a dishonest salesman, then this is a place to buy your car from. Will not honour warranty.

I phoned the Cardiff Car Warehouse re Honda crv which was advertised on their website and ebay, informed it was sold, the vehicle remained on their website and ebay for a week, phoned again to confirm it was sold, and if so why was it still being advertised, rudely told he didn't appreciate being called at 7.00pm and did not want to discuss the matter, if this is your customer service I suggest you take a refresher course. will never do business with such a rude employee.

Absolutely gutted, Cardiff Car Warehouse sold me a car that had so many problems. I totally get that with a used car it is not going to be perfect, but they would have known these issues and at least advertised it with these issues explained. It had a completely warped brake disc to the point where the car took a very long time to stop, the central locking just did not work - the front doors do not lock, both wing mirror indicators do not work, there were bolts missing from every wheel, there's a massive scratch down the side which they must have buffed off but as soon as it had been rained on it was extremely apparent. I have already spend £500 doing the brakes and wheel bolts. The rest of the issues that need fixing are going to cost the earth. They advertised it to come with 12 months MOT, now I know why they sold it to me with 3 months. When I took it to an approved volkswagen dealership they were appauled that it was sold to me with so many expensive and serious faults. I thought I was buying from a trusted dealership but I truly got mugged off.

Test drove a car I'd chosen on the Friday signed papers to go ahead with finance by Tuesday it was paid for to be told they had sold it!!!! Very bad business deal. Sold a financed car really!!! They are shutting down now! Public knowledge, Avoid buying any cars or finance deals. You can't sell a car that's legal binding on paper
