Cardiff Car Warehouse has a great website and is in a great location, its very easy to get to. Very pleased with the customer service, throughout the whole process, Myles helped me select a car which was suitable for the amount I wanted to pay each month, talked me through the process step by step, let me take my time when selecting the car, and I walked away feeling I had got a great deal. Car has been perfect since I drove it away and I would defiantly recommend Cardiff Car Warehouse to anyone including friends and family.

I bought an Audi A3 last month from Cardiff Car Warehouse, I arranged a meeting over the phone after browsing their website, I felt I was looked after very well on arrival as the car was brought to there offices and I had a one on one meeting with the director Myles. He was very upfront about the car and any defects it had, they were very minor but he was still upfront which I found good. The car has been perfect since I drove it away and i will most definitely use Cardiff Car Warehouse again in the future.

Please avoid this car dealer like the plague. The 2 people I came across here were called Myles and his receptionist is called Lynn. He sold me a Volkswagen Golf. I've had to replace the bonnet clasp, there is a slow leak in the radiator and I'm not quite sure which yet as I can't afford to fix it yet but I've been told by the garage that fitted new tyres that there's a problem with the camber or suspension (the reason for rapid tyre wear). I contacted this dealer as I wanted to return the car but he won't have it back or help with the repairs. In my opinion he is not a nice man.
