I bought a perfectly priced vw T5 with no real need to negotiate as they do their homework as to what their cars are worth. They also provided a cambelt AND free delivery. Due to unknown reasons the engine catastrophically failed on day 1 - my VW specialist had never seen anything like it and could not even explain the fault. Myles was 100 responsive and supportive throughout the ordeal offering to pay for being towed and an necessary repairs. On this occasion I was too overwhelmed to go through with it all and he offered a no quibble 100% refund honouring his obligations as a legitimate car dealership. All I can say is, things go can wrong with any car and the real measure of a dealership is their customer care - that is ultimately what they provide and provide they did. Comforting, responsive and positive throughout. This is exactly why I would encourage buying from reputable dealerships. It's always worth paying a little extra for the care and service as you may well need it and with such considerable sums of money, it's comforting to know that The Cardiff car Warehouse really do care. Bought a VW today from Cardiff Car Warehouse and travelled from Aldershot, Miles was a breath of fresh air, car was great, no pressure, smooth as. I did see 1 star reviews, but it was not my experience, can’t please everyone. Very happy.

From the time I called into the Cardiff Car Warehouse to have a look at the Mercedes SLK , I was thinking of buying to picking the car up Mathew the salesman was courteous and helpful. They did everything they promised to do and even popped in some fuel for my trip home.

Found the car never knew was the car I always needed in my life on Ebay, it was being sold by Cardiff Car Warehouse. Phoned up and dealt with myles who was a breath of fresh air . He Asked me to pop around when I could to discuss part exchange costs for my mini etc. None of these scare tactics of you need to pay a deposit now as we have tones if interest in the motor , you know the usual dealer B S !! Myles offered me as close as he could to my settlement figure which was a few hundred over what he said his system was throwing out, they then threw me the keys and said take it for a spin have a look around , any questions come back, he said when you pull out turn right as theres no speed bumps with a wink. I was sold. On collection day I was greeted with a coffee and made to feel comfortable. I was extra surprised when I pulled out that the car was full of fuel and this jaguar is a 3.0 so thanks for that. Ive Only had the car a day so this is a review based on my purchase experience and just from that I would strongly recommend the guys here and will be re visiting in a few weeks to purchase my wife a new vehicle.

After finding a fantastic BMW X3 advertised through Autotrader, the negotiating was quick and fair and I paid a holding deposit. The car checked out exactly as had been stated and I booked my train tickets to collect the car. CCW offered to collect me from the station and said the deposit was fully refundable should there be any problems. Unfortunately the night before I was due to go to CCW our situation changed and on the day I was due to collect the car I had to cancel. CCW were very understanding and agreed to return the deposit. We were very disappointed to have not been able to buy the car from Cardiff Car Warehouse.

After picking a car inspecting the car test driving the car after all that TOLD someone from Yorkshire was hour and half away and it was only fair they have a look at it. MAYBE we lived to close who knew it come down to how far you travel. Lol ask to leave our details if they didn't want it. Would not return to the cardiff car warehouse.

Purchased a 2012 mercedes c class 250 CDI from Cardiff Car Warehouse. The vehicle as was described in the advert absolutely spotless and drives faultlessly. Myles made the transaction extremely pleasant and very easy, was very accommodating to our children while we were there and rectified any problems within after sales without fuss. Will be returning in a few years to see if he has a range rover for us to purchase. He made adjustments on the price as we traveled all the way to Wales from Kent and covered my fuel for the return trip. Outstanding service from very friendly and helpful guys.
