£800 for a major service , broke my carbon heat shield took of my battery terminals did not put covers back on when i phoned they were just full of excuses did not want to know, not very pleasant to deal with . i got a type r gt with very low miles ( show car ) please do not make the same mistake i done Honda Cardiff your a joke really bad place to take your pride and joy .
During a recent visit to Cardiff Honda, I was informed that two of my tires needed to be changed. I trusted your team to perform this service correctly. However, immediately after the tires were replaced, a warning sign appeared on my dashboard. Concerned for my safety, particularly as I suffer from an autoimmune disease that affects my mobility, I returned to Cardiff Honda to address this issue. To my shock and dismay, I was dismissively told that there was nothing to be done about the warning and that it should simply be ignored. The warning persisted, and after four additional visits to different Honda branches for checks, I was finally informed by Honda Chiswick that my vehicle failed its MOT because the tires installed by Honda Cardiff were of the wrong size and unsuitable for my car. This negligence not only explains the persistent warning sign but also placed my safety at serious risk over the last year and a half.

I would like to thank Jamin Strictland for his excellent professional service when I bought my 17 plate CRV . Jamin was such a pleasure to deal with and could show Toyota sales staff how it should be done . The process was smooth and Jamin is a credit to Honda. I will always buy off him . Please read through as Honda in Cardiff was excellent. The story goes that I was let down by Pintree car sales on sat 14th September 2019 work on car was not carried out so asked for my deposit back. Any way expecting a day of disappointment on Saturday looked in days cars ok walked past Honda not expecting anything only to my surprise was no jumped in a simple good morning we have dropped some prices. Interest is now tweeted. To be fair the best buying experience, smoothest and enjoyable. I perched a 2015 Honda Civic sport lovely condition and presented well. Sales staff and specifically jamin where a credit to your company. Look forward to recommending and dealing with you in the future Regards Bryan Slade

My wife recently bought a new Honda Jazz from Cardiff Honda and could not have been more delighted with the whole process. From initial test drive through to ordering and driving away with the car was a delight to behold. A big shout out to salesman Mr Ashley Raffour whose knowledge and understanding during the buying process was of the highest professional standard. He was made aware from us entering the showroom we had a lot of questions to ask and at that stage proceeded to give us a viewing of a Jazz in the showroom . We then went on a test drive for quite a while with Mr Raffour who showed my wife the ins and outs of what the car had and explained in detail. When we arrived back we were ready and satisfied to order a new car. For once we were not given the big hard sell indeed Mr Raffour was not pushy and only prepared to proceed if she was very happy to do so. We felt very relaxed and assured to order from him. A deal was struck and a car was ordered forJanuary delivery. Mr Raffours’ infectious pride in Honda products is a credit to Cardiff Honda he is also good in supplying copious amounts of coffee LOL!. On arriving to pick up the car it was in the showroom viewing area draped over with a Honda cloth cover and the delight on my wifes’ face was a picture to behold when she unfurled the cloth off the gleaming red car. The change over was seamless and we drove off with Ashley Raffours’ good wishes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cardiff Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. I have noticed a previous review but I believe HSH Honda are now the Cardiff Dealer.

I found Ryland Honda to be aggressive in their approach, not transparent in their behaviour. I have found them to be untrustworthy and difficult to deal with.

Cardiff Honda, is without doubt, the worse car buying experience you will ever have. Honda is let down by this branch, If you can, travel to another branch.
